The view was nice. Had good time. Time went by really fast honestly. Wish it was longer. But for 30 minutes extra it was 200 dollars extra for two people don’t think it was worth it other than that I enjoyed it

If i can leave 0 stars i would. There should be an advisor letting you know there might be a chance of a “no fly zone incase of a game”. Thats some bs and a waste of money. I paid to see the city not the ocean

You bought the 20-minutes flight tour, and I have checked and confirmed your flight was actually longer with 22 minutes and you flied the route indicated on the tour page that shows the following route in Miami: Tahiti Beach, Matheson County Preserve, Vizcaya Museum, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove Coastline. Please note that there is another longer tour, the 35-min “Miami and South Beach Tour” that additionally flies over downtown, islands and South Beach, but didn't upgrade to this longer tour option. We’re usually known for providing exceptional experience and customer service, and we regret that we didn’t live up to those expectations here.

Out of 10 this team was very well attended they speak English Spanish and Portuguese so I had no worries the girl at the reception took care of me very well and the pilot explained every little bit to us perfectly in the morning so I recommend this company.

Was on spontaneous short trip to Miami with my girlfriend. It was her first time in Florida so we did the short tour. I regret not doing a longer tour. The staff was friendly from the time we walked in until our trip was over and we parted ways. The helicopter was clean and well maintained. Even with the high winds during our tour, the pilot kept the ride smooth. These aren't rookies here. The pilot gave an excellent tour and provided lots of fun facts about the area, even circled back to try and catch the dolphin we saw in the water. The view was amazing. You are permitted to take as many pics/videos as you like. The Miami skyline was really incredible, and the view of the ocean. We flew overs some cool mansions and got to see a lot of unique houses and boats. It was nowhere near as loud as I thought it would be with the headsets on. If it's your first time in Miami, or you've never done a helicopter tour of the area this is a must for your activity list.
