Great tour

Dan was a great guide. While walking through downtown we got information about history, pop culture, sports, local insights, and recommendations for activities and food spots to check out. Stopped in a coffee shop so coffee/tea was provided. We ended the tour at a pub so a beer was included for those who wanted it, and soda for those who did not. While it is a walking tour, there was a lot of stop stopping to point things out, so it’s a tour for all ages. Overall I recommend this tour.

So fun to hear about the history of Minneapolis. I was laughing the entire time at the same time I was learning about the Mills. I loved learning about the Mississippi. Lovely walking tour!

We enjoy our time with collin as our guide. Some part are unexpected but we are fan of facing something unexpected. Im no american but was able to understand our guide clearly. He cater the tour so that i wont feel left out, especially on american history that i have zero knowledge but found interesting. He was able to answer all our questions to the best he knows. I thought tour would be boring but he made it like conversation with some funny words (and acts) in it. In summary this tour not only allow me to explore minneapolis but get some tidbits information that change my perspective with america. As from small country myself i can feel where they get their motivation and probable sincere reason in helping small country. Keep it up!!!

Wonderful Tour through a Unique and Interesting City

Collin clearly loves his hometown and enjoys sharing its beauty and uniqueness with visitors. The tour started at the magnificent Guthrie Theater with views of the Mississippi River including St. Anthony Falls, the only natural waterfall on the river. An unexpected highlight was City Hall and its beautiful stained glass windows in the dome. The tour ended after a walk through the self-contained Skyway system that connects downtown residences, work places, sports stadiums, restaurants and supermarkets. Collin said residents brag they go months without stepping outside during the harsh Minnesota winter. Wonderful tour!

The tour was very personal and interactive. Dan told us lots of interesting facts about Minneapolis, its history and its buildings and skyways. It was like spending time with a friend who had a lot of good stuff to tell us, including sharing over a coffee and then a beer. Dan also gave us some great recommendations. We had lots of photo opportunities and it was good of Dan to take photos of us as a couple. We absolutely loved the tour.
