We provide pickups from all major hotels in Montego Bay area, and the Montego Bay Cruise Ship Terminal. PLEASE NOTE: The time selected during checkout is not the exact pickup time. Hotel pickup times can vary based on distance and cruise ship pickup times depend on when the ship is docking. Your pickup can be 30 - 60 minutes before or after this time. This was a very relaxing and fun excursion! Our driver was on time (they will call), and he was telling us things about Jamaica the whole time. He was really chill! I forgot his name but i remember he goes by giraffe or is one 😂 Tubing was fun and relaxing, and our tour guide Courtney was awesome & funny! Our driver then drove us to Bamboo Beach. We had a complimentary drink with each meal and with the dessert. (3 small plates & 1 dessert) The food was delicious!!! You get beach chairs as well, and the beach is so beautiful and clear! I would definitely recommend and will come again. Thank y’all!!

Amazing time with Kieren our guide, Marlon driver and Big Ben river guide! River was safe and fun! Bamboo Beach club food and drinks great! The beach and water was perfect! Def a great tour and experience for all!

This was so fun! Dewayne & Ben were our guides and they took good care of us and kept us laughing. Then when we got to the bamboo beach Raquel was the best!! She kept the energy up and the drinks coming! The food was delicious also. And shoutout to our driver Tony! He gave us great history and information on the drive there. Even stopped us by to take pics!

Had a great time - especially the tubing! The driver was very knowledgeable and friendly and the tubing guide terrific! He worked hard to keep us safe and on track and singing along the way.

Had a great time tubing on the river with Royu and Pelican! They truly made it a memorable experience for us! From the short hike to where we began the tubing, to rowing the boat and tasting fresh sugarcane on our way back to the beach, it was a fantastic experience! Super thankful to our tour guides for this experience! Our driver, Cameron, was amazing, as well! He shared a lot of cool facts with us on the drive to River tubing and bamboo beach. The only underwhelming part of the experience was Bamboo Beach. Our server, Georgia, was sweet and friendly, but the some of the food courses were cold and hard. The drinks were okay — but we did get like 5-6 drinks total, per person. We were a bit tired out from the river tubing, so it wasn’t a “relaxing day at the beach,” at Bamboo Beach club. I wish we had a bit better of an experience there. Overall, we had a memorable, cool, time and I look forward to river tubing with Royu and Pelican next time!

Relaxing time

We had a great time. We made new friends and even met a couple that live in our city. The Tubing was fun and the added kayak was a surprise! You will get a little wet so bring a towel especially if you decide to jump in the water from the little pier they have. I opt out of that! Lol The food wasn't bad but I ordered me some oxtails for lunch which was extra but I wanted to try oxtails. 😅

Thos was one of the best tours that I've been on. It started with the driver CARLTON and our guide ASEKA.. they were very kind amd very informative. LAVIN was our tour guide at the River Rafting. He was great amd made the rafting tour enjoyable. He had plenty of jokes for us. BOOK WITH THIS GROUP.. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT !!!!

Enjoyed the tubing a lot. The river was very refreshing. Also enjoy the beach but do not like that you do not have a lounge chair unless you upgrade on location. Just charge a few bucks more and let people have a hassle free experience.

Very Unhappy With Viator

I had a medical emergency and was taken to the hospital the day of the excursion. I asked for a refund and Viator never returned my calls. I do not recommend and will never use Viator again.
