Johnny was EXCELLENT, really knowledgeable and interested in giving us all the info we wanted. We enjoyed him so much we even went back same day for a private night tour with him! So much fun and saw so many amazing critters! Highly recommend

When we arrive to the hike, der was a lot of people, we was told that our hike , wasnt with a guide, byt we booked a guided tour..
So after bridge no 2, we turned arround, and met the guide, who has started the hike .
He was very kind, but we saw not much of the wild life, a few flowers and a beautiful bird thats it..
A very disapointing hike..

Hello, thank you for your comment, we try to do our best so that our visitors have an excellent experience, however, nature is unpredictable and we always observe different types of wildlife, thank you very much for expressing your opinion, Well it is also difficult to observe wildlife when you walk along the trail talking loudly and throwing rocks everywhere and without paying the least attention to the guide and that is what happened I tried to show animals but they did not show any interest and this can also affect the performance of the guide and minimize the number of animals you can find I'm sorry but it is difficult to show animals to people who do not show respect for nature and the environment.

ES UNA ESTAFA. UN TIMO. En la descripción de la actividad no especifica que NO SE INCLUYE la entrada a los puentes (que se tienen que pagar allí por unos 40 por persona). Esta actividad únicamente incluye un guía turístico (viene abajo en pequeño caso inobservable). Hemos reclamado el dinero al guía y nos ha tratado MUY mal de una manera muy irrespetuosa, maleducada y tosca. Ha sido una situación muy incómoda, en la que nos ha empezado a vacilar y a jactarse de nosotras porque claramente él sabe que es un anuncio engañoso, y estaba feliz de que hubiésemos picado y que no tuviese que hacer su trabajo. NO COMPRÉIS ESTA EXPERIENCIA

Yo mismo les atendi y estoy seguro siempre les trate con mucho respeto y trate de comprender su circustancia yo solo queria ayudar fue cuando les pregunte si ustedes revizaron los detalles de el producto antes de reservar la respuesta fue impactante, me dijo usted que solo a vio el titulo del producto y que no estas para leer letras pequeñas y menos descripciones de tour de pacotilla.
Con mucho respeto si usted no tiene el tiempo de leer todo la informacion antes de adquirir un producto no te puedes enfadar si tienes inesperados y no es justo que andes por ahi tratando mal a la gente ademas de estar jugando con el tiempo de personas trabajadoras por la unica razon que no te tomaste el tiempo para leer bien la informacion. Me supo mal no regresarles el dinero pero a mi me toco pagar su transporte de mi bolsillo. Es lindo viajar pero no es justo que se aprovechen de las buenas personas que conoces en su viaje y menos humillarles y tratarles como ustedes me trataron con palabras rasistas llenas de desprecio las cuales mis colegas escucharon apoyandome ya que ellos vieron la injusticia ademas me ayudaron a organizar el transporte para ustedes por que yo estaba un poco mal y me afecto ustedes como me trataron me lleno de tristeza, me senti intimidado y despreciado. Yo amo mi trabajo de guia naturalista es lo queria ser cuando era niño soy muy feliz en el bosque siento en mi corazon que es donde yo pertenezco es por ello que hago mi trabajo con mucha pasion y amor. Jamas intentaria tomar provecho de nadie ya que es mi plan hacer este trabajo por el resto de mi vida. Con mucha franquesa les deceo un muy buen viaje señoritas de regreso a casa y de corazon espero que su camino sea calido lleno del cariño de su familia. Pura vida

En la oferta ponía visita a los puentes colgantes con guía naturalista..cuando hemos llegado cual ha sido nuestra sorpresa que teníamos que pagar la entrada del guía y la de toda nuestra familia. En el email de confirmación es en el único lugar donde ponía que la entrada era a parte. Como hemos contratado con menos de 24 horas no hemos visto el emali de confirmación hasta esta mañana. El guía, un sinvergüenza, ha desaparecido y nos ha dicho que ha sido una confusión.e seamos a la espera de la devolución. Muy lamentable situación delante de nuestros hijos. Muy lamentable situación en vacaciones.

Me parece extraña la forma de usted tratar a las personas, no me parece normal acusar a otras personas tratando las de sinverguenzas sin embargo la que no sé tomo su tiempo para leer bien fue usted. Disculpe por el mal entendido, es normal equivocarse y yo le dije que por supuesto comprendía y le ayudaría aceptando la solicitud de reembolso.
Hasta el momento no he recibido la solitud de su parte. No entiendo como me acusas de dañar sus vacaciones si cuando yo he intentado ayudarle con el proceso de reembolso pero cada vez que conversamos recibo solamente malos tratos de su parte con agresividad verbal. Yo con mucho gusto le atendí su solicitud de reembolso y le ofrecí mi ayuda pero de su parte lo único que he recibido desde él primer momento son solamente malos tratos hacia mí persona.

Hélas nous n avons pas pu faire cette activité suite à un retard de notre transport pour arriver à Monteverde
Mais nous sommes arrivés avant l heure du début de l activité que nous aurions largement pu faire
Johnny est passé nous voir avant l activité pour savoir si tout aller bien mais On nous a proposé aucune solution et ne nous n avons pas été contacté à l heure du rdv
