What To Expect

Driver allows a maximum of one hour waiting time on international arrivals; a waiting time longer than one hour will result in a charge payable by major credit cards. Receipts are provided upon request

When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Not Really Pleased

The driver was great. However, the process was difficult. The first number I called was the wrong one, even though it was in the instructions. The answering party was not helpful. Next time I will use a setvice that meets us inside ny baggage claim with a sign and pur name.

Getting through immigration and customs was a long duration because a number of planes landed in a short period of time. The walk from arrival to get to the exit was rather long. The driver was very good about contacting us and being patient. The drive was pleasant.

Driver seemed annoyed

Being new to Canada I expected to see a driver waiting outside in the waiting area. I gave them all the correct information of my arrival but due to the fact I had to go thru customs it took me 45 min longer to reach the driver area. I wasn’t able to text the company to let them know. After 30 min and asking for some help, the company called and asked where was I, told them I was at the pickup area, he asked why I didn’t call or text. He informed me that the driver had already departed but would come back. When the driver got there he appeared to be annoyed at having to come back. He wasn’t very friendly after I apologized several times for the miscommunication. I am sure he was annoyed as we were now in rush hour traffic. Not very friendly.

AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY DO NOT WANT A RIDE Completely unreliable. Confirmed the booking the day before. Confirmed the booking before we flew the day of. When we got YUL and called to get the car, was simply told "we have no cars available and can't pick up you and hung up. I'm sitting in the airport with a wife, an 83 year old mother who requires assistance, and I'm simply told I won't have a ride. What is the POINT of scheduling? What is the POINT of trusting this company. NONE!
