Very relaxing experience

The spa was beautiful and very relaxing. Remember to bring your own robe and towels or you will be charged for both. A locker costs $8. It can hold the items of two individuals if bags are small and soft.

Very friendly shuttle staff, but the hot springs are not any wonder and staff there poor qualified for a VIP SPA very expensive.

Was not able to go to peninsula hot spring. I got sick at the last minute and I was not allowed to rebook it to another day

Jodie our tour guide was very helpful, fun and lively. She was welcoming, always prioritised the safety of passengers first. Tour bus was comfortable, in good condition. The hot springs is a nice experience when the weather is just a bit cool. Overall, a lovely experience.

Great family day out

Excellent part day out. Friendly and informative driver, seamless. Thermal pools were excellent, nicely landscaped and on this ocassion not over crowded. One heads up, extra charges for towel & robe hire

Bus was clean and driver was friendly. Hot spring was great as expected. Rated it lower as both to/from we left late due to poor communication between office and bus driver meaning we all waited for others unnecessarily. Very minimal tour commentary provided during the trip. Otherwise, the bus driver was polite. For $150 I would had liked better organisation and more information provided during the trip. Bring a jumper as a/c was put on full blast which is not ideal after spa.

Unfortunately delays, albeit rare, can happen as sometimes we may need to wait a few minutes for passengers. We do apologize if this made your experience less enjoyable. Since this is an express shuttle, the information provided during the tour might not be as thorough as on some of the other tours that we run, particularly because there are no major stops between Melbourne and the Hot Springs.
