Non English speaking driver - sights seen were great

The stops on our tour were fantastic. Our concern was that we were promised an English speaking driver/guide. While our driver/guide was very nice, he couldn't speak English. Disappointing to our group of 8.

We have indicated that we do not have English speaking driver in Okinawa area. We never promised any English driver. Could you clarify with viator please. We provide private car with driver. Driver will bring you to location in the itinerary.

Driver went out of his way to be sure we enjoyed the experience to the Aquarium without getting lost as we had a wheelchair passenger.

Going to Kouri Island was a pleasant surprise. Wish we could spend more time at Aquarium. Driver went out of his way to go to a drug store to buy medications.

It’s not worth the money at all. We only booked this tour because English speaking guide was included. The guide was friendly but did not speak one word in English. This is really disappointing because we could have booked the cheaper tour in Chinese instead. I’m asking to request a part of the money paid back !
