Don’t forget your swimsuit!

While the directions do not specifically state it: you must swim to the beach so wear a swimsuit. Probably should have figured that out but I did not!

One of the best excursions ever. Loved every minute. The captain and Marshall were wonderful. Totally made us feel comfortable. The swim out to the island was amazing and the shelling was totally worth the whole trip. Would definitely do it again!

It was just great to get...

It was just great to get out on the water. The weather wasn’t supposed to be great, so many people cancelled. We’re glad we didn’t. While the Gulf was roiling from the storm which passed the night before, Captain Steve and Mate Marshall kept us in protected waters in the sun and out of the wind. Very enjoyable experience that we will repeat annually.

Needs Improved!

Crew is not observant. Very lacking in customer needs. To go "shelling" you had to swim quite far. Several had kids with them and ended up in rip current as per captain.. how do you swim with a bunch if shells....duh? The relative on board was so worried and I felt need to verbally calm her. We didn't go in since water was quite cold. Barely left area where boat launched. No sailing. Music was up for a "few" second and then never turned back up. Ended up having string conversation with crew asking if he could hear me since he ignored my requests at least 4 times and didn't offer a hand as I stumbled with 1 arm to gett to get my beverage since he was too busy telling a story or taking his video of a friend on boat in distance. Several people shouted dolphins! But crew member continued his story ignoring the little excitement we found. Wasn't allowed to use part of boat easily seating by water to at least pit feet in, but was told I could sit in ladder area but would get pinched if a wave came. Was verbally asked for a tip at the end. I wanted to give them some tips!

Yes, there is a lot going on when you have a group of 20 people out on a sailing excursion, with a stop at the beach. It is no excuse for the staff not to be concerned with your needs but on their defense, they are supervising 20 individuals. Yes, sometimes they get involved in a story with a particular customer, but that is part of their job/human nature.. Regarding the music on the boat, you just need to ask them to turn it up. Some people ask them to turn it up other people ask them to turn it down. In reference to you sitting on the back of the boat near the ladder, that is not a place that you are allowed to sit. it is against Coast Guard regulations so for the captain explain to you that it’s not allowed he was correct. It is just for the people who are getting off and on the boat for swimming. Please feel free to call us directly at 239-777-0020 to discuss any additional concerns.

We took this catamaran cruise on a lazy Thursday morning in July (low season!). The captian and first mate were accommodating and informative. We lucked out and enjoyed a boat that was only at half capacity, leaving plenty of room for everybody to maximize the ride. Once we arrived at the island for shelling, the team dropped anchor for about an hour so we could enjoy the water/sand/etc. They had quality float/noodles for everyone, primarily for safety, and we used them to hang out in the water with our complementary beverages. On our way out from the island, two large stingrays swam by the boat! Not a guaranteed experience, but they were beautiful to see. For the price and service, can’t go wrong. Will absolutely do again on future visits. Thanks!

A Relaxing and Enjoyable Time On The Water

Captain Dan and First-mate Ben were great hosts. The ride and sail were smooth and we were fortunate to see a dolphin chase down and eat a large fish. We got lots of pretty shells. The music could have been a little louder and sparkling water would have been nice. Overall, a very enjoyable excursion I would definitely book again!
