    Tour guide was awesome and very informative. We rode jet skis at the beach at the end of the day after seeing queens staircase, shopping, and trying chocolate, wine, and cake samples

    Booked for 7, we got a minivan, how do they expect 3 guest in the back to see or hear anything. We had to fit the stroller between us, no room in the very small cargo space. The stops were meaningless. we stopped after the beach and return to our ship. this could have easily been done by cab or even a nice walk. There's nothing to see in Nassau, except the hotel and thats a cab ride, and a relaxing stay on the ship if cruising would have been an appreciated value. the next day cruise stop much better beaches and provisions. Way , way too expensive.

    I do apologize for your lack of taste regarding island experiences but we go above and beyond to please our guest and it’s disheartening to know that you feel this way when your family seemed to enjoy our tour experience. Your booking was made the night before as we agreed on 9am, you reached out the morning of to change the time to 11:30am and we accommodated you without hesitation, you never mentioned any special accommodations for the extremely large 3 wheel stroller or anything else beyond the 7 passengers which included kids, for the amount of persons you booked the vehicle was more than sufficient and cargo space is irrelevant as you never mentioned the need for it. Furthermore, our country and islands are beautiful and has lots to see and enjoy if you don’t like it nor can appreciate it please feel free to leave it to the millions of visitors that enjoy it annually. Again we thank you for your business.

    The tour is nicely adjusted to our group, include young kids and seniors. The car is clean and nice, guides are professional and very friendly. We have a good time

    Was fine. We had a lot of fun but didn’t get to see all the sites. Needs better time management. Missed flamingoes and rum distillery.

    We appreciate all of our clients as it relates to bookings, our tours are standard but still customized to the liking of our clients. Initially you were offered a 5 hour tour in which you declined and instead booked the 4 hour tour. You entered our tour along with your family with medical conditions which is why you spent majority of the tour in the vehicle as we gave additional efforts to ensure you still participated and enjoyed the tour. Your chauffeur Jinnette advised of time each step of the but you suggested that you’d like for the boys to take their time which is why your guide gave you the freedom to do so. Also you wanted to sit and eat at the fish fry which was not apart of our scheduled program but we made it happen for you. PLEASE IF YOU’RE GOING TO LEAVE A REVIEW BE SINCERE AND TRUTHFUL ABOUT IT. WE APPRECIATE AND TAKE CARE OF ALL OF OUR CLIENTS.
