Please note that 2 weeks before the operation date we sent you and email where we informed you that the cruise will not operate that specific date. We proposed alternative dates, but you never replied to our emails.
The day before the cruise we even called and texted you but again no answer form you. So, we send another email where we informed you that we will proceed with the cancellation of the booking in our side and f course you will receive a full refund.
