Cooking class was great! The food we made together was so tasty and we learned much about the island as well! The view from the cooking spot was great. We made a handful of dishes and got the recipe to recreate them all at home!

Fantastic experience. Nikos was so personable and excited to share his family’s farming history with us. He shared what makes Naxos farming and crops unique as we walked some of the farm and collected items needed for our meal. We arrived at a long table set for us in front of the wood burning oven and he introduced his family. He guided us through the preparation of various parts of our meal all while explaining the how and why of each step and the specific dish. Delightful group interactions also made the evening fun. We learned so much in this one evening about the farming and sustainability of Naxos. Highly recommend this experience.

We spent 11 adventure filled days in Greece and our day with Nico and his family was easily our favorite experience. We loved learning the history of the Perivoli family farm, Naxos and the old and new traditions this family has lovingly carried from one generation to the next. The farm itself is beautiful and we enjoyed meeting the farm animals and touring the orchard and sampling fruits. Preparing Nico’s grandmother’s recipes was an honor and full of laughter for my husband and I and our two teenagers. Our meal was delicious and words can’t describe the gorgeous backdrop or lovely company of this welcoming family. This experience was the highlight of our trip and we thank you for opening your home, sharing your rich history and welcoming us so warmly.

There was just too much food. It tasted so good and we tried to finish, but could not. Everything was so fresh, including us walking into the chicken coup to get the eggs. The trip included a hike through the farm, see animals, fruit, herbs and other items. We were also able to eat any of the fruits that were ripe. One of the highlights was that his whole family, wife, father and kids were helping at one point. Made us feel part of the family. Once our class was complete, he sent all the recipes within 12 hours. A wonderful experience and well worth the price. Be ready to take a lot of food home with you.

This was the best thing I did in Naxos! Nikos and his family were so kind and welcoming. It was very special to walk around the farm and learn about the Naxian agriculture, followed by a delightful cooking lesson with his grandmother.

It was our favorite day on Naxos! It was so fun to cook and watch nicks grandma! We literally feasted while we enjoyed incredible views! Learning about everything they do on the farm was so fascinating.

My friends and I had a great time touring the farm and cooking with Nick’s grandma! It was great to learn about their family history, the food that’s grown on the land, and to learn several different recipes. Nick and his family are absolutely wonderful, would highly recommend this informative and fun tour!

It was such a delight to spend the afternoon/evening with Nikos on his family farm. Learning their way of life while collecting vegetables for the cooking experience.
It was truly heartwarming to see Nikos and his entire family involved with the experience; from his 2yr son to 73yr grandma. We really had so much fun and learned so much on how to prepare a few of the traditional Greek dishes.
Towards to end of the experience, we learned traditional dancing as a group and ended the experience with a lot of laughter. I 100% recommend this cooking experience.
We didn’t have a rental so went by taxi from the Port.

An amazing afternoon on a thoroughly charming, picturesque, authentic Naxian farm with a delightful and kind family - four generations! Nikos, the host and farmer, could not have been nicer. We got to tour the farm and meet the animals and then pick the bountiful fruits and vegetables to enjoy with our early dinner cooked in a wood stove. This was without a doubt the highlight of our visit to Greece and Naxos - do not hesitate to book - the experience exceeded expectations - authentic to the core - tremendous value and not touristy or commercial in any way. I can’t wait to come back and bring more friends and family.
