Get picked up from your Negril, Grand Palladium, or Montego Bay hotel and transferred to 7 Mile Beach. Enjoy time on the beach at Margaritaville (family days) or Jam West (adults only) before boarding the catamaran.

This was a great experience. The sun shine crew was so nice and fun, and they made sure to keep an eye on everyone during the day! If you are looking for a packed afternoon in negril with snorkeling and a lot of booze this is definitely the cruise to book.

Amazing experience! We want to book it again before we leave because we had so much fun! We each had a great amount of drinks, conjured at ricks and had a good time dancing on the boat!

Disappointed to say the least - not at all what we were expecting.
We were expecting a sunset catamaran cruise but got nothing of the sort.
We were collected from the hotel at 12.30 and told we were going to go to Margaraitville to get on the catamaran, however not until 14.30 and that we could either go shopping and receive a beach bag if purchased something or stay in Margaraitville, have a drink/food and wait for the catamaran (bearing in mind you're not supposed to drink before snorkelling.
The coral is dead and there were hardly any fish to see.
We then headed towards Rik's Cafe and when we arrived we were told we were unable to access the cafe via the water as it was unsafe so they would take us back to Margaraitville to get the bus to Rik's Cafe which was not what we'd paid for.
There were other catamarans also at Rik's cafe and they were all advising the passengers that it wasn't safe to go across but it didn't feel right.
We and several others refused to go the Rik's cafe as this was not a sunset cruise as promised so just wanted to go back to our hotels and there was then some issues as to if we would be taken back - it was mentioned about paying for a private taxi at one point.
We spoke to several others from our hotel who had also booked to do a sunset cruise alongside others for a day cruise on different dates (and different operators) and they all sadi the same that the coral was not good and were taken by bus to Rik's Cafe as is was unsafe - however the sea was very calm.

Please read about your excursion before you book, if the ocean is rough and the captain says it’s best not to dock then he knows best, he also has his guests safety at the front of his mind. No vessels could
dock at that time.
What you see as safe as a guest, isn’t what 5 other boat CAPTAINS including yours saw as safe to dock at that time. If you had an accident then the captain would be at fault.
NO OTHER GUESTS COMPLAINED AS THEY UNDERSTOOD THE SAFETY MEASURES THAT HAVE TO BE IN PLACE

This is a lot more fun than it seems (with the right people). Between the Alcohol and vibes. You gotta make it your own. Ricks cafe was all right. They got really strong drinks at the bar. The guys on the boat are nice. If you don’t plan on getting wet, heads up you have to walk in the water to get on the boat (about waist deep depending on your height)

Being soaken wet for 4 hours. Ricks was so crowded that I didn't attempt to go. The boat was over crowded. Approx 125. Standing room only. Was never picked up at the hotel. Worst sunset catamaran ever experienced

Sorry you didn’t enjoy your cruise, all guests are told to bring a towel if they are going to snorkel, there wasn’t 125 person onboard, and definitely not overcrowded, also we do not pick up from the west end, this is on your booking before you hit the pay button..
Rick's cafe is always going to be a busy spot at sunset, we have no controls over that

Amy the owner of the boat company was phenomenal, she was always in touch before the trip via e-mail and texts since we had a very large group and she wanted to make sure we are well accommodated. She even created an invite card for us so I can send it to everyone is our party. The overall experience was wonderful.

This was fun. The only part I was unhappy about was the water was choppy so they said they would shuttle us to Ricks Cafe so when we get in the parking lot we were told we had to pay 30 each cuz we were staying at airbnb not a resort which didn’t make sense I paid the same amount of everybody else. But other than that good times.

Thats not really correct, there was no hotel listed on your booking, we emailed you through viator and asked for your hotel name, there was no response to our email , you did however arrive for the cruise, then requested the driver to drop you back to an air bnb that wasnt in the area of the complimentary transfers we provide. We have set places/ resorts on the 7 mile and bloody bay that we do pick up from, but as you didnt list anywhere on your booking form there was nothing we could do

This is an all day tour from Montego. We were not picked up 90mins before 2pm as advertised in the guide, we were picked up at 1020am and we did not get back to the hotel until 8pm. The cruise was fine , but nothing spectacular for a couple. There was nothing romantic about this sunset cruise. The younger single attendees had loads of fun getting drunk with the lifeguards however! We did not get to stop at Rick’s cafe due to choppy waters and was left without a choice to go with the shuttles. Even though our preference at 530pm then was to be back on land and heading back to Montego for dinner reservations which we also missed. The shuttle driver was patient and kind. He kept us safe and comfortable during the transit. If you are booking this from Montego Bay you will be pooled with others …pick up everyone to go , then drop them back after as well. This experience was not worth the money and I will not recommend for couples or anyone leaving from MoBay. It’s an all day tour with the shortest time of the day… on the cruise itself.

You booked a sunset cruise, as did all the other guests on your shuttle , we have to stay out for the sunset, that’s what people pay for .. there were other guests that had paid also and they wanted the full experience… including RICKS CAFE.. The times of pick up are online before you book, we do have other guests they have to be picked up also.. we focus on all our guests but we cannot just change the excursion to suit your preferential schedule, unless you book a private transfer and a private cruise for you only..
if for any reason we can’t dock at ricks then we bus all guests up for 1 hour.. No sunset cruises finish at 5.30pm.. the sun doesn’t set until 6.10 to 6.15 then we have to drive you back to Montego Bay..

the catamaran workers were AMAZING!!!!✨❤️ however i booked to get picked up from Riu Reggae in Montego Bay, only to be told they do not pick up on monday, we never got off at ricks because the water was extremely rough, & we paid for the bus transport and NEVER GOT ON OR COMPENSATED for the extra $$ we had to pay for a driver to take us.

You had booked your hotel as Palladuim,
Lucea, but you were not staying there you were in montego bay, we sent you an email through viator advising you had booked the incorrect pick up point, almost 2 weeks before your cruise date...we dont pick up from montego bay on a monday, we also offered you a refund which you declined, you chose to get a taxi are we are not responsible for paying for that, you didnt pay for any transfers from montego bay resort through your booking
Ricks cafe is always weather permitting, if the boats cant dock then we bus all guest there and bring them back to the starting point
