The food was excellent. The staff very professional and helpful. The only problem and the air condition was on and it was to cold to eat and enjoy the food. The middle deck was warm and then the air conditioner came on. A trip that would have been great if it was not so cold. A family member got sick from the cold.

Leo was a great server, the gentleman that runs the chair lift was so nice. It was a pleasure to know that the natives of Nola are really nice people. It's a shame that tourists like myself make this great city to be displeased due to their ignorance. Great time with my sisters on this cruise.

We had a good time, didn't buy the buffet, but the a la carte menu, and it was good enough. Music was good and weather was beautiful, gorgeous sunset. It was a bit too long for me as we got there at 6 to get good seats by band. We were ready to return, but still had an hour left.

My friend couldn't make it, because her grandma ended up in the hospital, so I had an extra ticket. I offered it to this lady because I didn't want it to go to waste, and she promptly accepted saying she would find someone to take it. Another person told me that I could use the ticket on another day up to a year, and the lady that took my ticket was a manager and encouraged me to get the ticket back. I followed this manager, who still had my ticket in hand, to the ticket booth. She was discussing with a group of for about tickets, so I asked the lady at the other window who was very adamant that the manager already gave the ticket away without even looking over or asking her. I asked the group of 4, the only person this manager spoke to besides me, and they paid full price for their ticket. Now who did she give the ticket to? The answer is she just pocketed an extra $90 because she steals from her job. On top of that, why would a manager not know about the policy of the ticket being usable for up to a year? I guess if I was the type to pocket $90, I wouldn't tell customers about that policy either. So I just gave this manager who steals from her own company $90. It made me feel disgusted. The bartender was rude, and the waitress that cleans tables had no problem asking for tips and making sure we put the money directly in her hand. I feel that I should leave the helpful ladys name out that told me to catch back up with the manager to get my ticket back, as I fear she honesty may get her in trouble for honesty and knowledge of company policy. Too bad the manager didn't know the policy, and too bad she "sold" my ticket to some invisible person that must've been in the booth with her because it was IN HER HAND when she walked in the booth and the only group of 4 that was there did not get any free ticket, she took that $90 from her job. Even though there was nobody else there, but the other lady in the booth without even asking the manager with my ticket in her hand not 2 minute before entering the booth told me instantly that the ticket was already gone. It seems like they have done this to other customers before. I went and asked the other lady again and she said there is no way she doesn't have your ticket, you gave it to the wrong one. She's keeping that money, I've seen her do it before. The other employees know this manager steals from the company. The band was pretty nice. The food was really good. That's what got any stars at all. I could've used that ticket today or tomorrow, but instead I gave it to a thieving manager that hides policy information to help her steal from her job. $90 down the drain and helping a manager their steal from her job..... that's why I didn't have a great time. Made me feel sick to my stomach the whole time. I will never come back to this cruise.

We had a wonderful evening on board the Creole Queen. We didn’t opt for the dinner so I can’t comment on it but enjoyed sitting with a glass of wine listening to the music as well as strolling around the ship admiring the views. We were originally scheduled for a prior night that had rain forecast and I am so glad we changed it before the 24 hr cutoff to a perfect evening with a gorgeous sunset!

Had very similar dinner cruises before, but for some reason the food was cold. Not like N.O., because they pride themselves in offering the best cuisine on the planet. So was a little disappointed in that. And we happen to pick a night where there was a about 50 Children. The boat ride was smooth and the music was decent. Will give him another try because I've had better experiences before.

We were a family of 20 that came to celebrate my cousin's 50th birthday party the band did not cater to African-Americans and all they played was slave songs so I was not happy with the band the food was okay I had to get some stuff straightened out with the cooks that the manager got straightened out for us I would not recommend this if it was a more African American cruise ship and what we thought was more African American the band did not cater to what we listen we had a good time being with one another but on the picture it has a African-American band in its jazz music not the old when the saints come marching in. No I would not recommend this paddle boat Creole Cruise. Next time I will consider to do a different boat cruise. This Cruise was $100 and didn't offer anything.
