Our tour guide was very informative! I left New Orleans knowing more than I did when I arrived! 10/10 I would do the tour again!

Great trip, Captain Brandon was amazing, great humor and alot of fun, Elizabeth made the trip go smooth with her knowledge of New Orleans during the drove and Tiffany drove around like a seasoned pro.....
Response from Host, Apr 2024
We love the title "must do"! Thank you for the recommendation.
Look at them gators!
jesgong, Apr 2024
Great tour! Kate and Trenice were awesome! Super informative and very safe. I loved the energy of the tour guide and driver and everything felt smooth and on time! Oak alley was really cool and neat. Lots of time to explore the grounds, house and eat. The food was good too. The swap tour was fun! Wild to see aligators on the grounds as well. My only wish was that when they fed the alligators the alligators would disperse evenly so both sides can see the feeding but overall still a great experience! Would recommend for everyone who wants to get out of the french quarter and see the sites around and wants a chill experience.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
What a full day! We love to share more cultures of southeast Louisiana.
Amazing!

Amazing tour! Our tour guide was so amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I joked with my friend that I learned more here than in history class. Super fun experience!

Oak Alley Plantation and swamp boat ride
Colin_D, Apr 2024
Excellent comfortable full size coach with great driver and tour guide. Enough time at both venues and activities fully explained. Elizabeth (guide) and Captain Danny (swamp boat captain) both gave over and above expectations. Well done.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
Thank you for the well done closure.
Beautiful.
Christopher_B, Apr 2024
Tour was amazing. Our guide Bob was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He was able to tell us information about New Orleans and the plantations as we traveled to Oak Alley. Oak Alley Plantation was gorgeous. The grounds and the big house were amazing. My favorite experiences there were walking down the oak alley and going through the slave quarters (seeing all the names of the slaves on the wall was very tear inducing). The swamp tour was so fun. Our guide for that part was Captain Danny. We were able to see many alligators, raccoons, birds, and a deer. Captain Danny was very entertaining and knowledgeable about everything in the swamp. He took us out to see various points of interest in the swamp itself.
Response from Host, Apr 2024

Gray choice of excursion.
Robert_W, Apr 2024
This tours bus ride and transitions were very smooth. The ride down to Oak Alley takes about an hr and once there everything flows pretty smooth. After leaving the Plantation we visit the swamp ride which was full of active gators.
Response from Host, Apr 2024
Thank you for joining Gray Line.
Informative and friendly tour guide and driver.
Renee_B, Apr 2024
Kate and Alton were excellent tour guide and driver. Very informative and friendly. We had a good time and got to see a lot plus many alligators, a wild pig, and raccoons and ducks and a type of vulture and crayfish!
Plantation to the swamps
Nicci_S, Apr 2024
We really enjoyed the plantation, very well done. The swamp tour was average. The bus and tour guides did a nice job of sharing information.
Enjoyable and informative
Baishakhi_B, Apr 2024
The plantation was beautiful. The narration from the archaeologist was wonderful. The swamp tour was great, but may be the boat guy could yell less, not disturb the peaceful nature was very peaceful. feeding the alligators and racoons marshmallows was very rude since that's not good for their health and will shorten their lifespan. The baby gator Tony , whose mouth was tied was passed on amongst the travelers, who used him for pictures. That was weird.
Best tour.
Linda_D, Apr 2024
We enjoyed all aspects of this experience. The bus driver provided interesting and informative commentary. The plantation was beautiful. We all learned a lot. The swamp tour was very entertaining and informative. Definitely would recommend this tour. Gave us the best of both worlds.

An amazing experience. The plantation land is beautiful with all the oak trees. You feel like you’re back in time 200 years ago. The swamp ride was fantastic. Saw lots of alligators close up and even held a baby alligator. Our tour guide Earley was awesome and learned a lot about the history of New Orleans.
