Nice to have private boat ride but stops are poor

Frenchy was a hard working captain. But we never were able to go to a calm beach. The small island had a few large pigs, but it was busy so we did not stop there. Sea was rough so the small snorkel site was murky and busy. I still give Frenchy credit for trying his best. Boat was late by 45 minutes. But he did eventually text us letting us know he was on the way to pick us up that morning. I had to use Bahamas cellular roaming to communicate with him. Boat was fairly nice and soda and water were provided with chips.

Everything was going great until we stopped to see the swimming pigs. We got out of the boat and went upon the island where we were greeted by workers who were trying to hand us food to feed the pigs. We told the workers REPEATEDLY that we had no money and we didn't want the food. They gave it to us and said it was included in our tour. After we fed the pigs and took a picture holding the pigs we returned to our boat. We were soon approached by one of the workers who told us we owed them $35 per person ($175 total) for our time with the pigs. Our two guides did NOTHING to defend us and told us we owed them the money. Our two guides NEVER told us there was a fee for swimming with the pigs. "Swimming pigs" is in the title of this tour. Had we known ther was an extra fee we would have NEVER done it as we already spent $850 on the tour. After a lengthy and very difficult discussion with the workers we were finally allowed to leave without paying extra for the pigs. Again, our guides did NOTHING to prevent this very uncomfortable incident from happening. It was a very sour ending to what could have been a wonderful day.

We had a great time and despite the claims the guess are making. I personally told the guess that I will be taking them to see the pigs however if they wanted to participate in the tour and receive food from the guide the price would be 35 dollars. This was expressed to the guess before we arrived. The guess should be honest with themselves the same way the guide was who admitted it was there fault by miscommunication. I told the guess the price before we arrived.

My family had the BEST time on this private tour! Frenchie our guide went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. We got to see tons of beautiful fish while snorkeling, beautiful beaches, and swam with the sea turtles. We even got to see dolphins on the way back! We chose not to swim with pigs but that is an option on this tour as well. Will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

I couldn’t post videos it doesn’t allow me, but I wish I could. The crew was amazing! I’m so glad we picked them out of everyone. They were very knowledgeable and let us decide what we wanted to do. Always made sure our kids were okay and made sure they felt included as well. We got to see sea turtles and swim with them as well. Such an amazing experience and the hundreds of fish we saw was breath taking! We ended our guide with fishing because that’s what the kids wanted and the crew helped them the entire time as well as us. They had refreshments and snacks as well. I was worried it wouldn’t be enough for the kids without food included, but the day went by so fast we weren’t even hungry because how much fun we were having (we had snacks that they provided) I would definitely go with this company again 💕

Snorkeling was amazing and our crew was so helpful! We saw a variety of fish and turtles. The water was absolutely beautiful. Our stop at Rose Island was so much fun. We had a wonderful lunch, drinks and a little some time to swim and snorkel.

The captain and crew were delightful, we could do whatever we wanted spend as much time as we wanted doing snorkelling or swim with turtles, then lounge around at footprints beach bar best cocktails and game of volleyball x the best day out for all of us we absolutely loved it!
