Infants 0-2 years old, may ride for free on a parents lap. Should you wish for your infant to ride in a car seat, please add your infant to the total passenger count. All other children 3-6 years old MUST be secured in a car seat/ booster. You are free to bring your own or you may request a car seat/booster for an additional cost at the time of booking.

ARRIVALS: WHEN SELECTING YOUR SHUTTLE TIME SLOT, PLEASE ALLOCATE APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES AFTER LANDING FOR CLEARING IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS.

RETURNS: For your return shuttle, you will be assigned a shuttle time of 3 hours prior to your flight's departure time. Your return shuttle details will be provided 24-48 hours after booking.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
