My worse reservation company until now
Everardo_G, Dec 2023
You guys are the worse reservation company... For new customers, go with another company... Aviator sucks, they rip people off who travel...
Response from Host, Dec 2023
You purchased a guided tour without 911 museum the less expensive option. Sorry you wanted to join the museum please review the options.

The tour guide was excellent and very informative. The problems where the tickets for the museum which where a bit overpriced and we’re sent in a screen shot picture so blurry they wouldn’t scan at the entrance, absolutely no help when I called the reservation number. Luckily I remembered to check my original email. Also please specify the the tickets to one tower are not included. That was a surprise as well.
Great 9/11 tour

Very knowledgeable tour guide! Enjoyed the tour, I would do it again and this is the second time we have done this tour
Misleading tour
Amanda_H, Mar 2022
The tour has nothing to do with events on 9/11. Very misleading in my opinion, making me think I needed tickets to gain access to this area.
Response from Host, Mar 2022
You purchased ground zero and the 911 memorial pools. As much as the guide tried explaining you refused to listen and demanded museum tickets. There is 2 separate options. You choose the less expensive one without the 911 museum but with the 911 memorial pools and ground zero. I think if you took the tour you would have enjoyed.

Bob was informative and we learned a lot but unfortunately you sold us a plan with a tour of the Ground Zero museum. Which was closed. That was the main reason we took the tour. So very disappointed
Response from Host, Mar 2022
I believe you took a tour with another company. We do not have a bob on the team. I am happy that Bob was informative but he is not our guide.
