Don’t miss the all access 9/11 tour

9/11 Walking Tour & Museum - An absolute must do!
Alessandra_R, Apr 2024
I would highly recommend the full walking tour, plus entry into the 9/11 museum. Our guide had great stories, was engaging, and had a good balance of history and where we are today with the memorial. The museum itself is an absolute must do when visiting NYC. It’s both heartbreaking and yet peaceful due to how wonderful the museum and memories of those lives lost have been remembered. Including the walking tour, I easily spent a total of 4 hours. It’s important to take your time, read the stories, listen to the families talk about their loved ones - it’s certainly emotional. Definitely 5/5 for me.

Tour guide enhanced our visit with personal knowledge

Dave’s personal experience and knowledge of the day was beneficial to hear. He pointed out key elements of the area which we would not have known to look for. He was kind, and patient and fielded questions well. He is approachable
Tour was great

Tim was very informative and friendly. Really enjoyed the tour and Tim's knowledge of the site and its history was much appreciated.
Informative
Tricia_K, Apr 2024
Though this tour had its very heavy moments, our tour guide, Tim, added levity. He was very knowledgeable.
MOVING
Zoe_C, Apr 2024
Tim was a fabulous tour guide...loved his New York twang. He explained details about the memorial and how they put a white rose at the name of a loved one on their birthday. Took us to the eleven tears which we did not know about and was very moving to see. He was respectful to those tragically taken with all his stories and knowledge.
Superb Tour. The Best All Encompassing Way to Experience the World Trade Center Area.
James_S, Apr 2024
Our guide, Jaclyn Montgomery, was an amazing ambassador for our small group's visit to the 9/11 Memorial area. Her passion and presentation were engaging and informative. After our group tour, she took us to the front of the line to get into the museum, which is self-guided. Feeling somber upon leaving the 9/11 museum, we walked over to the new Freedom Tower, where we were whisked to the top to the One World Observatory. The views were incredible, and the operation is first class. If you're going to do the 9/11 Memorial, this package is the way to go and highly recommended.
Hit the heart

Very well done. The tour was very informative and the museum was unbelievable. The tower tour was delayed due to high winds. We rescheduled for the next day with no issues. Great tour and a must do in NYC

Remembering 9/11
colin_k, Apr 2024
David was an excellent guide, spoke very clearly and was very well articulated. An insight to a horrific day was very heart moving. Thank you David.
A disappointment
Ludo_D, Apr 2024
I was not clear to us that the “tour” only was a “guide tour” for the memorial ground. For the museum and the One World Observation Deck you only got entrance tickets. During the guided tour we were with a very large group but our guide David talked to silent (even after asking to speak louder) and started often talking while the tail of the group still had yet to join. A disappointment.

Having the guide share her personal experience was what made the tour exceptional. She told us how her day started and going through and trying to figure out where her family members were at. Very touching and personal.
THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
JT_G, Apr 2024
Dana and her story made this tour absolutely the best we have ever experienced. Will recommend to our friends over and over again.
Amazing !!

This was a great learning experience for my family. Tim, our guide, was amazing. He was patient when answering questions, funny, passionate, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Tim and the Diaz family wishes you the best.
Very sobering but also full of hope.
Joe_S, Apr 2024
Very moving description of the events leading up to 9/11, during the attack and the aftermath from a New Yorker. Fabulous reconstruction of the area, particularly the Occulus.
Excellent tour
Megan_l, Apr 2024
Absolutely amazing! Daniel was incredible. Highly highly recommend. We learned so much about that sad day in America. As well as celebrating the hero’s of that day.
OK
jilybn7, Apr 2024
It was interesting but we would have liked to hear more stories about actual 911 events rather than stories about him.
Highly recommend the Ground Zero tour!
Cynthia_C, Mar 2024
Alice did a marvelous job. She was engaging, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to NYC!
Excellent

All the back stories and how the surrounding areas of the community were effected on that dreadful 9/11 was very emotional. David did an excellent job, thankful he shared his personal experience with us.
