Remembering 9/11
colin_k, Apr 2024
David was an excellent guide, spoke very clearly and was very well articulated. An insight to a horrific day was very heart moving. Thank you David.
A disappointment
Ludo_D, Apr 2024
I was not clear to us that the “tour” only was a “guide tour” for the memorial ground. For the museum and the One World Observation Deck you only got entrance tickets. During the guided tour we were with a very large group but our guide David talked to silent (even after asking to speak louder) and started often talking while the tail of the group still had yet to join. A disappointment.

Having the guide share her personal experience was what made the tour exceptional. She told us how her day started and going through and trying to figure out where her family members were at. Very touching and personal.
THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
JT_G, Apr 2024
Dana and her story made this tour absolutely the best we have ever experienced. Will recommend to our friends over and over again.
Amazing !!

This was a great learning experience for my family. Tim, our guide, was amazing. He was patient when answering questions, funny, passionate, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Tim and the Diaz family wishes you the best.
Very sobering but also full of hope.

Very moving description of the events leading up to 9/11, during the attack and the aftermath from a New Yorker. Fabulous reconstruction of the area, particularly the Occulus.
Excellent tour

Absolutely amazing! Daniel was incredible. Highly highly recommend. We learned so much about that sad day in America. As well as celebrating the hero’s of that day.
OK

It was interesting but we would have liked to hear more stories about actual 911 events rather than stories about him.
Highly recommend the Ground Zero tour!

All the back stories and how the surrounding areas of the community were effected on that dreadful 9/11 was very emotional. David did an excellent job, thankful he shared his personal experience with us.
Amazing!

Paul was our tour guide and he did an amazing job. His knowledge and his own personal experience of the 9-11 attacks made this tour come to life! My teen daughters were intrigued start to finish! I would do this tour again!!
Very worth while having a guide like David
Nuala_M, Mar 2024

The tour was amazing and definitely worth booking! Our tour guide Daniel was FABULOUS and told such a heartfelt story of his day on 9/11.
Excellent insight, great tour!
Julie_T, Mar 2024
Tour with Paul K was informative, respectful, yet uplifting and fun. Gave great insight before visiting the museum. Was very good to be reminded of the pattern of events that lead to this tragic loss of life, which continues today, as many of the service personnel, who assisted and survived, are still feeling the aftermath per toxic fumes still affecting their health. Definitely recommend this tour.
Superior guide by Daniel.

A retired firefighter pays his respects
Jim_D, Mar 2024
The guides knowledge of events and the rebuild of the World Trade Centre. As a retired firefighter from Scotland it was important that I paid my respects to my fallen comrades. It was a very humbling experience.
Memorial 911 Museum
C_T, Mar 2024
Although I was unable to meet with tour group, your excellent Customer Service was able to send my tickets to my personal email. I arrived late bc of poor uber service. However, I was able to roam throughout the museum solo. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to definitely tour with a guide. There were so many heartbreaking displays even though I did not get a chance to see everything. This museum is a "must see" for anyone in NY and all tourist.
Never forget

Finding out about the survival tree how it was found after 9-11. Took it to the Bronx got hit by lightning and still lived also the take cuttings from that tree. So now the tree has a lot of babies.
Great tour.

Emily did an amazing job. Her information was very interesting and delivered exceptionally. It was too windy to go up to observatory but money was refunded immediately. She did beyond expectations!

Our tour guide, Russell, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Just the right length from a time standpoint.
