An Artistic Jewel.

Excellent tour guide. Very informative with humor. In addition to his knot, he connected the group with two local artists to hear their story. My wife and I learned much about the Evolution of the Bushwick neighborhood.
Geweldige ervaring

Amazing experience - knowledgeable guide and interesting tour. The weather wasn’t great and it was raining but it was still worth it.
Wonderful streetart and great guide
Stefanie_L, Jan 2024
Wonderful and impressive streetart. Our guide had great knowledge of the artists and could explain well. We loved it! It is also a great contrast to Manhattan. We are very happy we did this tour!
Can't speak to tour, just customer service
Caroline_Z, Dec 2023
The policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling is conflicting on the website - in some areas, it says that rescheduling can occur if you contact the tour operator, and in others, it says the tour can only be canceled with no refund. I tried to reschedule my tour after an unexpected medical emergency by reaching out through the website but did not hear back for over 24 hours and I was told rescheduling was not possible. The policy should be more clearly, and consistently, stated across the website.
Graffiti: so much more than you think!!!

Nothing is what it seems - that's a theme for the tour. It's a truly eye-opening glimpse of graffiti, street art, and the community spirit that drives both. Our guide was not merely knowledgeable. He was a fan and a true believer. Great tour!!!
Fantastic intro to Bushwick

Nick was fantastic. I’ve taken many street art tours and he is just gifted and talented at what he does. He’s an artist
No time for pictures

It was OK. We love taking street art walking tours in almost every city we visit and this one didn't hit the mark for us. Definitely didn't leave any time or room to take pictures. We got left behind a lot to take photos and by the time we caught up with the group we missed most of the explanation for the next piece.
Great, new experience
Joanne_M, Aug 2023
Tour guide Jeff provided a good experience. He was knowledgeable and engaging. Length of the tour was perfect, especially in hot weather. There were so many examples of beautiful street art - sure it's hard to pick and choose who and what to highlight but we got a very good overview of a number of artists. This was a new form of art for me; I enjoyed the tour a great deal. Suggestions: if at all possible, offer the tour in different languages or at least provide more detailed written material in several languages. Many of the people on my tour were from other countries. Understandably for Jeff and for the visitors, he had to adapt his talk to accommodate this (slower delivery, and I could tell he was thinking through his word choices). I appreciated his efforts to make this work for everyone.
Deep dive into street art

Knowledgeable guide. Passionate about topic. Loved the art. He also gave a good lunch recommendation.
Such an interesting area! Will never look at “graffiti “ the same way!
Catherine_S, May 2023
Jeff was an excellent guide, and very accommodating of some personal circumstances. The only reason I give it 4/5 is because of the others on the tour…they were so slow!!
Response from Host, May 2023
Thank you very much for the feedback! And thank you for understanding that we can’t control the other people, when they move slow.
Fun and friendly tour
Brid_O, May 2023

Not all art is indoors in galleries
AndrewK_N, Apr 2023
Nick led us on an informative, fun and vibrantly colorful tour of the powerfully creative street art (and graffiti) adorning buildings in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. A perfect complement to a gallery walk in Chelsea.
Street art in Brooklyn
Carolyn_T, Feb 2023
My son and I loved it. We learned how the international art world came together to create art in Brooklyn. Each piece was unique and gave voice to art and the community. Bravo!
Response from Host, Mar 2023
Thank you so much for attending!
Worth it if you are into street art
Jason_W, Dec 2022
Our guide was very welcoming and knowledgeable, the tour is quite fast paced, you may want to give yourself another 1-2hrs to re-walk the route and take time to stand back and appreciate some of the masterpieces. Tour was approx. 1hr 45, easy meeting directions, viator kept us updated via email of any changes etc
Street Art 101
Gray_R, Dec 2022
Slava was a terrific guide, like a professor of Bushwick Street Art 101. The insight and history of tagging, graffiti, and the personalities of the artists was illuminating. An excellent walking tour!
Superb street-art tour
Alex_G, Nov 2022
Really excellent tour of a vibrant off-the-beaten track neighborhood of NYC. Found some great food options and vintage clothing stores too!
A wondeful tour
Alain_N, Nov 2022
I enjoyed the stories and explanations by the guide telling us how the Bushwick Collective started, the particular styles of some artists, and the various techniques used by the artists on different surfaces. Visually it was a spectacular experience. This made us also discover a new neighborhood.
