We had a great experience with Vitaly! He showed up right on time at the listed address.. (I had been nervous about paying in advance then having to find him on a busy street - but he was exactly at the address on time). He started by asking my son and I what our priorities were on the tour which I appreciated. He was friendly, engaging, and informative throughout. I have been to Central Park countless times so really did this for my son. However, I learned so many interesting facts and really enjoyed it. Vitaly took a few great photos of us as well. Overall, a lovely way to spend an hour as a tourist in Manhattan.. Do not hesitate to book with Vitaly!

Loved being able to see things and not be on foot the whole time. It is big. Did not like the movie star focus. Don't care. Like history. Movie location, okay but we were there to really just be ridden around for the hour and hear history. I don't want music blaring. Hurts my ears. Also you should put a mic in the cart so people can hear you and we don't have to strain to hear. Don't take stupid pics. Just take good pics in good location a couple of times. Our biker was nice to wait for us to use the restroom and overall a kind person. Just too much random stuff.

The size of the park can indeed be overwhelming, so the pedicab tour provides a convenient way to cover more ground. You mentioned feeling touristy during your tour. We understand that it can sometimes be a concern when engaging in tourist activities. However, it's important to remember that exploring new places and experiencing different attractions is a natural part of traveling. We understand that you were not particularly fond of the movie scenes and celebrity focus during the tour. Different people have varying interests. Most of our customers know Central Park because of movies. Your suggestion to incorporate a microphone in the pedicab is also valuable. However, there are about a hundred pedicabs and no one incorporated it. Regarding the photography aspect, we understand your preference for quality pictures in the right locations. However, we are praised for taking creative photos rather than regular ones. In tour description states, there are 3 stops in a tour and each stop is 5 minutes long so you are not all the time in a pedicab. Your assumption that you will be all the time in a pedicab is not correct. On a positive note, we are delighted to hear that your pedicab biker was considerate and accommodating throughout the tour, including waiting for you to use the restroom. Customer service and the attitude of the guide greatly impact the overall experience, and we're glad to know that your biker was attentive and kind.

Buddy (Vitali), thank you, thank you, thank you!! You were the most fabulous tour guide we could have asked for! Knowledgeable, entertaining, interactive, and just downright fun! We were only in NYC for a day and this was one of our must do's on our list and the first stop of our day. It was the best way to start the day, seeing the highlights of Central Park, singing along with the popular movie/show theme songs, and just joking around. Buddy (Vitali) was a great photographer and great with my 8 year old son! I honestly cannot recommend the tour with enough! I promise you won't regret it!
