What To Expect

Come down to the dock and hop aboard your speedboat. Begin your adventure through the New York City Harbor, with its twists and turns, on your high-speed vessel.

Listen to the lively music playing on the deck and enjoy the entertaining narration providing by your hosts, comic captains Mad Dog and Wild Thing. As yout boat reaches speeds of 45 miles (72 kilometers) per hour, zip by the shore as panoramic views of midtown and lower Manhattan fly by.

Then, screech to a halt just 100 feet (30 meters) away from the Statue of Liberty. Take the opportunity for an up-close photo opportunity before the engine of your boat starts up again.

After you've experienced a thrilling ride on the water, return to your starting point.

The whole experience was good to me and the family and great that we were allow to take pictures by the Statue of Liberty. Fun fun ride! And the staff the captain great.

Seats were appalling we could not see anything, you should not be allowed to sell seats under the driver, the front of the boat lifts so no view, the side of you is the bulkhead, briefly when they turned the boat we saw from the back the Statue of Liberty & skyline, appropriate reviews will be left online advising people to avoid this experience.

My family and I arrived 40 minutes early per the ticket instructions and after waiting in line was told I had to go to ticket window. After waiting in a long line at the window I was told tickets were sold out for my ride! I asked for a refund but was told I didn’t buy my tickets from them. I called the number listed on the ticket and was told to ask the person at the window for a refund. Complete chaos!!!! Buy directly from the vendor to ensure you get on the ride!!!

Stay away from @ViatorTravel and @CircleLineNYC. Car accident on the way to Beast Speedboat Ride w/ my children and would not refund or even reissue a new time just took my money and told me no. You should be ashamed of your team @kanarick

This was the best boat ride I've ever experienced. It was fast, fun and adventurous. This was a great treat for my nephew who turned 16 on the day we went on The Beast, he loved it. We got wonderful photos of the Statue of Liberty and other ships and ferries along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend The Beast to anyone. It was a wild ride and we will be back again, but this time for an hour ride. Thank you so much for a great, and memorable experience.
