This trip exceeded all expectations. It was so well organised from booking to embarkation. I walk with a stick and was helped onto the boat. There is plenty of seating. The guide was helpful, informative and amusing which added to the experience. The 90 minute trip took in a lot of sights and all were explained in detail by the guide. The restrooms were clean, the on board cafe served the best hot dogs we had in NYC. Couldn't fault any of it.

An ok experience, but the running commentary ruined it. The guy was talking on things he could see from the front of the boat whereas most people were on the middle/rear. Also we thought it was a round trip but was out and back. Ok, but next time I will probably just go visit liberty island and Ellis island rather than just pass by.
