Hugo was a terrific guide and the vip tour was well worth it. Very informative and a great time saving getting to ski all lines for elevators, etc.

Our tour guide, Renita, was awesome! She's worked at the Empire State Building for over 20 years. You can tell she loves her job and loves the Empire State Building. It was a great visit!

A guided tour is the only way to go esp. if u have kids. Yes you pay a little more but it’s worth it. Our VIP guide was Ms. Edmond. Awesome guide-knowledgeable and so friendly.

Not the tour. We paid for the VIP skip the line tour. We were supposed to have a 90 minute private tour, a free picture, and skip the lines. We received nothing and had to pay for our picture. A grossly waste of money.
