Our guide Jeffrey was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He really highlighted some architectural treasures that we walk by every day without noticing. I also really appreciated how he explained things like the linkage between the external and internal lobby design features. Went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art today and in the Egyptian section now I kept seeing the ancient design elements that he had pointed out that the Art Deco designers used in such a modern context. Highly recommended.

Jeremy was an excellent, very well informed and interesting guide. We had a small group of 5 so had a lot of extra attention and could ask as many questions as we wanted. Although it was a brisk November morning, the pace was perfect. I learned so much in the two hours! I now look up more at all the buildings and found several Art Deco buildings in Chelsea where we were staying. Would definitely recommend this tour.

My boyfriend loves art deco, he'll point it out whenever we're in a new city and exploring. I happened to find this tour by chance and booked it as a surprise. My bf was so excited before the tour even started, so of course I was a little nervous. The tour was amazing! Our guide was SO knowledgeable and such a nice man. Conversation flowed the whole tour and it was a nice walk through parts of Manhattan. I was equally entertained to learn about the history of these buildings, and really blown away by the beauty of some of the building and lobbies

He pointed out architectural and artistic elements that one might not have noticed or known about their significance. We'd like to do the tour again or tour other areas of the city with Jeremy.
