What To Expect

Customize your visit to New York City’s One World Observatory by choosing between four different options when booking.

Choose a Standard Experience admission ticket with your preferred entry time to skip the ticket-purchasing lines.

Upgrade to Combo Experience admission ticket that also allows you to select your entry time, but, as well as bypassing the ticket lines, you’ll also skip all the other lines thanks to your priority-lane access for security and both elevators. This option includes the One World Explorer iPad experience and a $5 voucher for the cafe, bar, restaurant, or gift shop.

The All-Inclusive Experience admission ticket is ideal for travelers looking for flexibility and allows you to enter the One World Observatory at any time on your chosen day. This entry ticket allows you to skip all the lines with priority-lane access to security and both elevators. It also includes the One World Explorer iPad experience and a $15 voucher.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

To be third time at the same place. 1. Twin towers with my wife and two sons 2. Big hole in the ground, with godson and my wife. I felt a lot of sorrow around us 3. Now when the new Observatory has been ready for years I remember all the visits in my heart. Never forget the power of love.

The event went smoothly. Security was present, but pleasingly inconspicuous. The video in the elevator was fascinating. It made me want to ride up and down multiple times! A surprise awaits you at the start of the observation deck 😀! I recommend buying the ticket that gives you some flexibility of the entrance time.

This is a must do , absolute stunning views from the top and seems a fitting way to pay respect to those who lost their lives in 9/11. The whole new World Trade centre complex is beautifully designed and very impressive. Worth the money and ease of booking via Viator means you don’t have to stand in line for a ticket . Best part of our trip so far !

The views are spectacular. I got a little emotional since I hadn’t been to the towers since I was at a wedding reception at the Windows of the World in the original tower. I also got a NYC history refresh. It was well worth the price of admission
