What To Expect

Make your own way to the South Street Seaport where you board your boat. Find a seat on the upper or lower deck and settle in for your speedy cruise to the Statue of Liberty.

On your way across New York Harbor, your tour guide fills you in on all the must-know details about Lady Liberty and how she made her way to New York City. As you get close to Liberty Island, you can step outside for close-up photos of the Statue of Liberty.

Eric was fantastic!! Lovely short cruise to view the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. We able to see beautiful views of the Brooklyn bridge, city skyline, Statue of Liberty and Ellis island. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and FUN!! I’d definitely recommend.

Poor management

There is nothing wrong with the tour, it is everything how it is advertised. But we wish there was a better management of the security on the boat. On the way back the crew seemed overly excited to see black military helicopters landing in Manhattan and indicated that fact to the tourists, who flocked back to the viewing area at the nose of the boat. I am not sure what went wrong, but the boat started unexpectedly jumping due to high waves and people fell on the floor and got wet. My friend's teenage daughter landed on her chin and injured it pretty bad. The crew did not have enough bandaids or any other necessary bandage on the boat to treat the injury (neither did their colleagues at Pier 16). We went to the pharmacy to get everything needed - the injury looked pretty bad with lost of blood. The girl is going to be fine but she will have scar to remember the trip.

Great trip, exactly what we wanted. We saw the bridges, the skyline and surrounding areas and of course the main attraction the Statue of Liberty. Perfectly timed trip, all done in less than an hour curated by a great guy Steve, native New Yorker with some great facts and stories- I would highly recommend the trip.

The crew was so nice! My son got extremely nauseous but the crew was so accomodating and kind. After his initial sea sickness he was able to bounce back and had a great time! The view of the Statute of Liberty is unbelievable. We got some great pics!! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect tour to see the Statue of Liberty

The meeting point was quite straight forward to find. Unfortunately it was a very cold windy day however you were able to move around the boat freely and go indoors down stairs if preferred. The tour guide was very friendly and added in a personal touch with relevant information and hints to make our stay in New York better. The tour cruised up the Hudson river under the Brooklyn bridge and then down towards the Statue of Liberty pointing out key facts about the surrounding buildings. We arrived at the Statue of Liberty where the captain allowed plenty of time and turned the boat so that everyone had good photo opportunities. If you are visiting New York and want to tick this box we would definitely recommend this tour as it only took one hour of your day.

The cruise itself was alright however the getting the tickets was such a hassle. There was a problem with the tickets sent to my email it was not letting me view the tickets with the barcode. The employees at the kiosk were not accomodating and helpful of that which resulted in us almost missing the cruise.

Rainy, cloudy day. Inside the cabin, the windows got too foogy to be able to see outside. They didn't let us use umbrellas outside the cabin. You either got soaked or missed seeing the statue.
