Upon arrival, follow the signs to baggage claim & collect your luggage. Locate the Welcome Center near baggage claim and dial 18 from the courtesy phones located in the Welcome Center. Provide the customer service representative your name or booking confirmation number. Please have your confirmation email available in print or on your mobile device. Your driver will meet you at the Welcome Center. Please remain in that area.

We were never picked up. The guy did not showed up. We arrived in Newark Airport ay 5:30 pm. After looking around the airport I finally found a worker who connected me with your representative. They never found my reservation. After holding for 1/2 hour the lady who called herself “Angel” told me that the driver was going to be there in 1/2 hour. She asked for my phone number and after waiting 45 minutes she called me to inform me that the driver had an emergency and I would have to wait until 9:30 pm to be picked up. I got so upset that I decided to get an Uber. This was a nightmare. I expect a refund.

Driver had wrong phone number. Very poor instructions for meeting place. He was not friendly and only spoke when spoken to. I would think as a visitor he would share some of the sights

Good and room for improvement for our experience. Booking was smooth and the gentleman at the airport was very helpful with communications. Where it went wrong was the long wait for our driver to arrive. We arrived and was told our ride would be 1 to 1:15 hours to arrive. Being a shared ride we expected some wait. After 2 hours plus waiting it became to long. Once our driver arrived we were pleased with the ride and drop off.

We arrived and called the number for pickup ... This took over 1/2 hour to finally get thru and we were told the driver would arrive in under 30 minutes . We waited (standing as there are no chairs) when after another 1/2 hour we got a phone call saying that the driver would be at the airport in over an hour !
We then got an Uber in 4 mins for 1/2 the price ! We do not recommend this service ! Definately take an Uber !!! And NO apologies from this company !

This was a disaster. Our first time in New York and we specifically booked this to ensure we had transportation to the hotel when we arrived, one less thing to worry about. I provided all the dates/flight details etc and paid upfront. There was no clear instructions on the app on where to go after we got off the flight. We wandered around and no1 could shes any light in the airport including airport security. I reached out via the chat on Viator and did get a response sometime later where we were provided with a phone number to ring the company. Finally got through to a sketchy line and the operator agreed to send a car out. In total we were over an hour waiting in the cold literally just after landing. We were told to wait in the ‘Welcome Centre’. No apology from the driver when he arrived. Would definitely not recommend this service. Had we been advised if those details of where to meet we could have avoided the delay and hassle when we landed.
