Very poor experience. The chauffer was not waiting. Must call the company & only then they confirm the chauffer. Better have the company's number & your destination address handy. May have to wait for long time to get the operator & even longer for the taxi to reach you at the waiting point (in the cold) outside the airport. Getting a taxi direct from the airport will be cheaper & more convenient.

Impossible de joindre le chauffeur, impossible de joindre les 2 numéros communiqués sur le mail. J ai essayé avec des personnes de l Aéroport durant 1h de voir comment faire, finalement avons pris un taxi. J ai porté réclamation.. J attends la suite
