Driver was not airport - started calling on cell 30 mins later At the end of ride tried to extort parking fees and a tip, better to just book a UBER car on arrival

The car service was reliable and on time, but it involved a lot of coordination and calling. I wish I could have just scheduled a time and only communicated if/when a change occurred. This did not feel very automated.
