Overview
Try your hand at being a winemaker for a day at our Irvine wine production facility. We’ll get out beakers for measuring, a notepad for notes and break into our barrels so that you can start blending to your own tastes. You will barrel taste 6 red wines to work with. At the end, we’ll help you cork the bottle, add your label and take it home!
