What To Expect

Make your way to Pier 8, Aloha Tower Marketplace, located about 20 minutes walking from Waikiki. On the pier, you'll be greeted by traditional Hawaiian hula dancers. 

Find your table and be seated for a 3-course crab and steak dinner. Sip a tropical cocktail and watch the live entertainment, including the presentation '60 Years of Aloha'. Climb up to the 60-foot (18-meter) wrap around deck to watch the sunset over the tropical coastline.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The food was even better then expected and the entertainment was wonderful. We didn't have a great clear night for a beautiful sunset but Honolulu's skyline was nice.

Service was way too rushed! Being rushed to eat made us all feel unwelcome. We all felt like we were being rushed so that we could get off the boat so the staff could go home.

Food and meeting a nice couple from Canada. Entertainment was fun. Younger generation seemed to enjoy YMCA!! Friday night fireworks was a great ending to our visit.

It was a great experience. Definitely one I would do again and highly recommend it to others. The food was very good and the staff were excellent. Jordan was our waitress and she was very accommodating. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday so it was a memorable celebration for us!

I really enjoyed this experience, the staff was all so nice and caring! The show was amazing and the food was good. I was getting a little sea sick and they do have ginger pills you can take if you are feeling sick. This overall was so much fun!

The dinner cruise was more than expected great food and show the staff was very friendly and made sure you were well taken cared for, our cruise had a bonus with a few whale sightseeing

I was looking forward to this, especially being my first visit to Hawaii. The cruise ship was nice and the performers were excellent but the service was sorely lacking. I was sat at table 12 with five other individuals but for some reason we could not get our food, or drinks on time. We were the last to eat and get drinks. If we hadn’t complained I don’t think we would have been served. One server said they were not sure who had the table so no one served it. A gentleman that I presume was over the staff finally got us service. He was very apologetic and that is the only reason I didn’t give one star. My table mates made the experience better because we all just made the most of it. I don’t know if I would try again or recommend to others. I planned most of my activities to make sure I could be on the Star Friday so just disappointed.

The experience was average overall. The speed of the craft was favorable for a gentle ride. The ship was clean and in good order. The fireworks show was spectacular. Our waitress could have visited our table more. The sequence of meal delivery felt delayed, the steak was overcooked, and the crab leg meat fell apart too easily. The entertainment was energetic and a bit humorous at times.

All the staff and entertainers were wonderful, friendly, attentive to our needs. Food was excellent! Shout out to Linda, our server. She really took good care of the guests she was serving!

The food was good and the entertainment was great. The servers seemed a little unorganized at first but did okay. I would recommend this trip to others instead of a luau. You get the luau and the sunset boat trip both.
