We are located on Waikiki Beach directly behind the Duke Kahanamoku Statue (beachfront of the Hyatt Regency Hotel at 2424 Kalakaua Ave. Honolulu, HI 96815) Please walk down to the shoreline and proceed to the boat itself as we do not have a check in booth. The crew will check you in at the boat.

What To Expect

Meet at the Duke Paoa Kahanamoku Statue in Honolulu for this Waikiki turtle snorkeling experience by catamaran. Once you check in with your guide, board your catamaran and set off.

Your guide anchors at Turtle Canyon for the fun to begin, as they know the best areas to spot sea turtles in their natural habitat. Plus, your snorkeling equipment is provided for you to make things easy. Get suited up in your gear and snorkel at Turtle Canyon. Take in views of turtles, tropical fish, and other marine life such as octopus.

After your time in the water, jump back on the boat for the ride back to shore.

Touristy Turtles & Good Time

I had thought we had bought the max tickets and the boat was all for my group but that was not the case. Important to call the company and not just what viator allows you to book. It was good just know it’s very very touristy. Tons of people in the water at the Turtle station. Crew was awesome, professional and trustworthy. Bring drinks and snacks. There are none on board. Also be prepared to pee in the ocean 🤣

Everyone was super nice and they all made sure that we got to see as much as possible. On the way to the snorkeling point they stopped multiple times to let us take pictures of turtles etc. on the surface and during the actual snorkeling they made sure that we got to see as much as possible too

Friendly and helpful crew, the boat ride is just as fun as the snorkeling. Sit in the front on the net, you will get wet but it is a blast! We saw many turtles. There are 2 lifeguards on the boat to help and keep you safe, they also have longboards that beginners can grab to steady themselves and feel safer.

Excellent Experience! They were so helpful! They helped with my mask and getting in and out of the boat. Played great music! Isaac was a great help! It was my 1st time and he let me hang on to his board and snorkel. Saw lots of fish, turtles and one dolphin.

This was a great experience because it was a smaller group, and we had great guides. There were other larger boats around us, but I really appreciated the fact that this was a small group got to know the guides the lifeguards.
