Other locations will incur a surcharge for both pickup and drop off as follows: Port of Osaka pickups, 2,500 yen each way. Universal Studios area, 2,000 yen each way. Shin-Osaka Station area, 1,000 yen each way.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Osaka tour

Pick up on time we had a lovely guy called Kevin he was amazing very knowledgeable we went to Osaka castle and to Umeda Sky building he took us to a local Japanese Cafe style restaurant for a Japanese lunch which was lovely. Kevin made us feel like we had known him for years great tour. Would highly recommend this company Thank you 😊

We had a perfect day with Lito in Osaka who was very personable and knowledgeable. From shrines to the Dotombori district, we covered a large range of sites out our own pace. This private tour was the best way to see what we wanted to see and we were able to linger at the venues that interested us most. Highly recommend. *****

Great Way To See Osaka

Thank you to Thomas our guide for an excellent customized tour of Osaka. He picked us up at the cruise terminal and did a wonderful job of blending the sights we wanted to see with his recommendations. Thomas was friendly and knowledgeable and his english was excellent. Great Osaka guided tour ! Our guide Levy has a lot of knowledge of the city , and he took us to great places in Osaka , we ate amazing tuna at the market and loved Osakas amazing castle markets and specially the food . Definitely would recommend this tour .

Osaka day tour

We had a full interesting day tour as well as feeling the vibe of Osaka w. M. Levi. We visited some places which are not on the usual touring guide list. We had a traditional tea ceremony and ate in a very good sushi resturant. 10/10.

Our driver and guide Kevin arrived early, made sure that we were able to go to all the places that we had on our list as well as added some additional recommended places to go to. He spoke English, was knowledgeable and having lived in Osaka for many years and knew the city well, and was able to share some good insights.

Where very fortunate to have Dan as our guide. He is very professional, caring, and so vibrant! He took us every where in the most efficient way. Took care of the tickets and lunch. A big plus of this trip is that Dan provided his own vehicle. Very comfortable, and air-condition. A true blessing on such a hot day. He provided historical information, fun facts and insights on all the sites. He event took us through, and explained about other on the way, and off the beaten path locations. With Dan we really got a very good sense of Osaka. A truly enjoyable experience. Ask for Dan! (He also speaks Spanish).

Amazing Tour with Lito!

We had booked this tour for the last day of our Japan trip. We had already done portions of the planned itinerary (Dotombori / Kuromon), but Lito was extremely flexible and was able to customize a new itinerary to our liking. Not only that, he was able to find us a great vegetarian option for lunch too. Lito was super friendly, takes AMAZING photos, and speaks perfect english. Book Lito - you won't regret it.

Osaka in a day via car and guide

Especially in the summer heat, it is nice to be chauffeured in a nice air condition. Vehicle to all the important sites! Our driver/guide. Matthew was great at showing us some hidden gems and sharing about some of his favorite places to eat. We visited all the important sites in under a day. We arrived by train just for the day, and his tour was exactly the way to see Osaka

A day we’ll spent

Dan came to our hotel in Kyoto and rove is down to Osaka. His driving was very safe and conservative. What was more important is that he spoke English very well. He is a native was Spain so he also spoke Spanish, which was a plus for us. He has a lot of knowledge of Japanese questions and answered all of the historical questions we had about Osaka and of Japan culture and history. He has lived in Japan for over 10am years so it was fascinating to get a westerner’s perspective of Japanese culture. This was a day we’ll spent!
