Not everything is a tour.

I liked finding a good limo company in Oslo, Norway through your site, but your site design left me confused and having to reconfirm my reservation as your booking page thought it was for a tour. If you're going to offer car services, your site page needs to reflect that and not make me think I'm booking a touristy tour. Also, booking airport transfers requires two very simple but very important items - Date & TIME. The pick-up time was not displayed anywhere - making me do lots of extra work to reconfirm this simple piece of data.

Poor experience

Car was too small for our group. Had to sit crammed in with luggage in our lap for 45 minutes. Driver drove too fast and looked at phone while driving.

Our driver was prompt, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He was there when we arrived. He gave us his telephone number a couple of days before so we could reach him if we needed to. (Because we were so tired coming off the flight, we initially didn't see him but as soon as I called his number he waved his hand and we connected. )He went out of his way to give us a small tour of Oslo and provide info about the city. The Mercedes that he picked us up in was gorgeous, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Two thumbs up!
