Please arrive 30 minutes before your tour time. After checking in and receiving your ticket from our fee booth, guest(s) will meet at the southeast corner of the Ken’s Tours building (by the yellow sign that reads “Please Wait Here”, 10 minutes prior).

This is the most amazing and beautiful place! I'm so happy we chose to take this tour. Our guide was great! She was so personable....not just someone who led us through the canyon. We were in the canyon for about an hour or so, but time flew because we were having so much fun exploring!

I had a group of 30 we had to all be divided, which is not a problem! When our last group was waiting to be called, we got skipped! And when we asked the employee, his name was “Jace” He was rude and did not even try to help us when we asked him why we were skipped! Very unprofessional and discourteous. After speaking with the manager she finally realized we were skipped and managed to get us into a next group after waiting one hour!!!!

Dear Margaret, thanks for your feedback. We found you originally booked 31 tickets with us but on Dec 29 you canceled 11 tickets with us. The 20 tickets you remained with us were at normal status and your team checked in smoothly.

Jerry was our tour guide. He is such an amazing photographer. He offered to take many pictures of us during the tour and he is definitely a photographer at heart. My kids ages 10 and 8 loved the lower canyon. If you are visiting during January you definitely need to wear warm clothing as it gets cooler as you get down to the canyon.

I want to thank Antelope Canyon Tours for an unforgettable experience. The natural beauty of the canyon was breathtaking, and our guide did an amazing job explaining the history and pointing out interesting formations. They also shared helpful tips for capturing stunning photos! The entire tour was well-organized, and the small group size made it even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the wonders of Antelope Canyon.

Great but please be punctual!

PLEASE BE ON TIME!!! If your reservation is at 9am, you HAVE to be there checking in at 8:30a. Please time everything (the drive+stops) just right because there are no exceptions. We ended up losing our spots as a group of 4 and had to wait for the next available opening. Thankfully the wait wasn’t very long but there was no guarantee that there would have be an opening for our entire group. Otherwise it was so much fun!! We had Kaylem as our guide, he was wonderful and knowledgeable. We got so many really good pictures out of it. Hoping to try the upper canyon next.

Overall it was really good, weather was good with good light so we were able to see good colorful view. It was 2pm tour. Young guide was quite helpful and informative, helped to take really nice snapshots.

As amazing as pictures of this place are, to see it for real is just breathtaking. So take some time to look (not just take picture), and if you are lucky enough to have Brian Smallcanyon as your guide, make sure to listen and ask him lots of questions: you won’t regret it!!!

Beautiful canyon but overpriced

The Canyon is surreal and a must see but overpriced for the value you get. The guide was in a rush to complete the tour and didn’t tell anything about the canyon. He was not friendly either. They require you to check in at least 30 minutes earlier just to sit down there and wait for the tour. We checked in an hour earlier and spent most of the time waiting in the store.

And we will investigate the guide you travelled with. Basically, all guides are trailed to be at the same level of professionalism. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour!! We had a great tour guide (Colby) who gave us lots of information and helpful photo tips. The lower canyon is beautiful! Well worth the price, but be sure to read the description of the tour, because it involves going up and down stairs and step ladders that might not be easily navigated by everyone.
