Discover the lesser-traveled depths of Antelope Canyon on a walking tour through the lower portions of this colorful sandstone slot canyon. One of the most popular natural attractions in the region, the upper sections of Antelope Canyon are typically crowded with tourists. This tour takes adventurous travelers down ladders, through the tightly carved sandstone, and into a part of the canyon most tourists don’t reach.

This was one of the most beautiful, unique places I’ve ever visited. It’s one place that you have to see in person to truly appreciate. Learning the history behind it and how flash floods work was amazing. Pictures do not do it justice and is a must do when in the area. We decided to go to Lower Antelope Canyon after seeing pictures online and so happy we did!

Our guide, Colton, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us get great photos with our I phones, advising the best settings. So willing and oytgoing.
Crowded but worth it.

You won’t be disappointed in the beauty and geologic wonder of the canyon. The lower canyon is supposed to be less crowded but found there was endless stream of people. They provide a guide for every 12 people, but there isn’t any break between groups. Nonetheless, it was worth the price for experiencing the canyon.
Awesome!

Incredible experience - easy walk and amazing, knowledgable guide. The process for check in was really smooth, would recommend as a must-do experience for the Grand Canyon! Going early in the morning means you get great light and less crowds
Unreal experience- a must see!

Emmitt was a great tour guide. He was chill, made sure we got the best pictures, and answered all our questions. This is a spectacular place to visit (a must see). Take an early morning tour so it’s less crowded and therefore, less people to photobomb your pictures😬
Absolutely beautiful

We took the walking tour of the Lower Antelope Canyon. The views of the canyon were simply amazing. What made the experience so great was also due to our very knowledgeable guide who provided details about the history of the canyon as well how to maximize the views within the canyon. To top of it off, he took pictures for all of us in the tour along the way and provided tips to get the best shots in the canyon. He ended the tour with a practical demonstration of how the canyons were formed.

Amazing visit with a great guide. I recommend as it is a great experience. I did it with my young children so it is feasible as long as you can walk by her/himself. I recommend to take a cap, sunglasses and mask.
Amazing experience!

Shoutout to Caleb!! He was our guide and was amazing! He helped us get beautiful photos of the canyon and my family. He also shared many stories and facts. 10/10 would recommend Caleb as your guide! He even played an instrument in the canyon so we could hear the acoustics!
Spiritually beautiful experience!

Our tour guide was excellent and played the dual flute in the chamber of the lower antelope. Spiritually beautiful!
Terrible management
Marcel_L, Apr 2024
The staff were increasingly rude and disrespectful. Although the antalope canyon is beautiful the staff soured the experience and made it difficult to enjoy. Do not go with this booking or any that is run by DIXIE lower antelope canyon.
Not to miss!

Our experience was amazing. We were running so late due to traffic from Grand Canyon and they were able to fit us into a later booking. We were so thankful to not have missed this experience! It is definitely a little nerve-racking going down the steep stairs, so if you aren't fully mobile then I wouldn't suggest going. My 3 kids (ages 14, 9 and 8) truly enjoyed it here. There were so many beautiful places to take photos. The best was our tour guide, Yellowman! He took so many amazing photos for us and was just a wonderful guide overall. Was very grateful to have had this experience.
A Must if you have time

Ryan was such an outstanding guide. The lighting in the Lower antelope, Canyon was just incredible. I enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t so touristy and crowded as the upper antelope Canyon.

Preston, our guide, was fantastic. We learned so much about the canyons, Navajo tradition and about the history of the area/geology. It was such a rewarding morning!
