Great Guide and a great eating experience

Angelo was a charismatic guide who is clearly passionate about food and his beloved Palermo. He gave us thought provoking insights into Sicilian life as well as top foodie tips. The food lived up to expectations along with some excellent wines. Angelo made the whole experience fun despite the wet weather and had flexible plans to allow for rain. Stuffed in Sicily

My husband and I enjoyed this food &wine tour of Sicily. Claudio- our tour leader was knowledgeable, personable, and fun. We started with street food : calzone fritti. Then headed for wine and cheese & charcuterie board…so tasty! Next stop was lunch w/ caponeta, another starter (sweet & sour pumpkin), wine, and two Sicilian pasta dishes (the first with swordfish and the second dish w/ sardines). Ended the tour w/ dessert: gelato in brioche! Sprinkled in between food locations, Claudio would inform/recommend places to visit and/or foods to eat afterwards; and shared some of the historic sites of Palermo. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this tour. Be prepared to walk, get to know your tour leader and the other tourists/foodies, and be “stuffed”!

Amazing tour of Palermo

We have taken a few virtual tours, but this one was absolutely different - POV (Point of View perspective). The guide literally walked you across the streets of Palermo. It really felt like we had been to Palermo! Amazing tour. Highly recommended.
