Rey poor directions for meeting location. Route was not at designated location & guide asked why we didn’t show at other spot. Guide did good job after we actually found him. Disappointed in meeting process

Leon was very experienced with the island and gave us a small history lesson of the island as we rode around. Had a great time my 3rd but 1ST Time for our guest.

We had 1 day on Curaçao and our tour was passed off by WIX private tour operators to a taxi driver whose vehicle could not accommodate us.
He found another driver but we lost 45 minutes in the process. No itinerary was provided by WIX to either driver who clearly stated they were NOT tour guides but each agreed to answer any questions we had about the island. We received no historical background and did not see the listed sites. We did stop at his home for 5 minutes; it was not a highlight. After returning to our ship and hearing others describe their experiences and seeing their pictures, it was obvious that we did not have even remotely the same experience. The driver was nice, but WIX should be held responsible for our dismal and disappointing experience on Curacao. We are all in our 70s and most likely won't have another experience on Curacao, which was supposed to be the highlight of our cruise of the ABC Islands. Shame on Viator for contracting with a sub-par operator. One more thing: I contacted WIX 24 hours before our ship docked (Celebrity Reflection) to confirm that we would dock at 9 am and would be waiting at the Harley Davidson pickup site by 9:30. The taxi driver never met us there; we "found" him waiting across the street and I just happened to ask him who he was waiting for and he stated my name.

you have booked an essential tour in which we do not specified category of vehicle we make sure we send you the vehicle to accommodate you
Ernie is excellent tour guide ( they are all certified otherwise they will note receive their tour guide licenced) i am not sure what you have expected from him or from Wix he had answer all your question
reference the car situation you have made a last moment changes and to you wanted to change the vehicles so we did and Ernie was available
The payment to do a tour in the the California light house is not included in our tour its on your own we have used Ernie several time never hade any problem
this is his first complain and again he was surprise

Our guide Ruben was exceptional. Knowledgeable and personable. He took excellent care of us and covered the complete itinerary.
A mix up on dates but resolved. Not sure who was responsible! I had the correct voucher.

Having limited time in Aruba, we chose the private tour: Essential Tour of Aruba, as it afforded us a four-hour overview of the island, inclusive of stops at key points of interest. The tour exceeded our expectations on all fronts:
Booking the tour was easy and the advance communications provided by the tour operator were concise, affirmative, and helpful.
The driver/guide (Dayke) was punctual, professionally-attired, personable, and knowledgeable.
The vehicle (minivan) was a newer model, well-maintained, comfortable, and was driven safely by our driver/guide.
The tour fulfilled all aspects of the specified itinerary with the flexibility one can only realize through a private tour. We recommend this tour as well as any others offered by the tour provider. Wix Tours is a first-class operation.

We had an excellent guide and guide in training, they took us to the funnest locales and told us all about it. Loooooved Aruba, to a large degree thanks to our guides. Wix tours were incredibly responsive and speedy via emails too, answered all of our questions thoroughly, even the ones we didn't know to ask. Would travel with them again without reservations.

Our ship was late so we had to get a faster tour than we had planned before heading to the airport…
But Ruben did a fantastic job of getting us to ALL of the planned stops, and we were able to cover the entire island!
