Wow! I am so sorry that your experience was so far out of the norm. We are not the sort of business trying to take your money and run and actually only offer these discover scuba experiences around the high tides to ensure the best water quality. It sounds like despite that there was still low water quality which resulted in a bad time.... thats not ok with us either!! Please contact us directly and lets figure out how to make it up to you.
-Edit upon reviewing the circumstances. Here is some addional information for anyone reading this. Our staff did clearly communicate that the water quality was low (4') before getting in the water and she did offer to completely refund or reschedule, however the customer "wanted to see what it was like to breathe underwater" so they went ahead at the customer's request and with a full awareness that visibility was low.
If we tell you that conditions are poor and offer your money back or suggest a reschedule BEFORE GETTING IN THE WATER, please believe us and don't slam us with a bad review leaving out some pretty relevant information.
