For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Unorganized company, but Glen is a rockstar.

Our guide Glen, and the boat experience deserve 5 stars. They were excellent. The rest of the company and booking experience probably deserve one star. But because we spent 4 hours with Glen, and limited time booking and checking in I gave them a 4 star overall. They texted their online waiver to me 20 minutes before their check in time. Apparently I am supposed to send it to everyone, and we are all supposed to read and sign it while driving there? They have whoever books the tour sign pages of waivers more on how to drive the boat, which is something that we didn't do because Glen was excellent at it. Then they tried to mandate a "suggested tip" before we even took the cruise. In addition the man checking us in had an attitude and we did not get a cooler full of ice as advertised. That said, Glen made up for it. He was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a goid time. He made sure to splash the kids up front, find dolphins, and took us to one of the nicest and uncrowded beaches there is.

The texted waivers are just an additional reminder that we like to send guests if they have not filled them out yet. You're more than welcome to fill them out during check-in. We do ask for 20% gratuity for all private charters up front. Additionally, we will look into your situation and work to improve for the future!

Dolphins!!! Snorkeling!

Absolutely the best excursion we've EVER had on vacation. Glen was a fantastic captain and navigated the water very well. He even took us to the Gulf where we saw the most dolphins we've ever seen. At least 20 or 25 and they put on a fantastic show.

Absolutely worth every penny! Our guide/driver/captain was Hunter and he did a great job! We saw lots of dolphin families swimming along side our boat and watched them play. We really didn't have an agenda, but Hunter made it such a memorable and enjoyable trip! The water and scenery was beautiful and the weather was perfect! It is quite a walk out to the boat and it was a bit confusing where to go upon arrival, but they offer wheelchairs and wagons to assist. I would recommend this to everyone! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!
