The Stolen Relic escape Room was a good group experience. We almost solved all the puzzles but ran out of time. It was still an enjoyable experience.

The reservation through Viator “didn’t transfer” according to the people manning the place. We were told we could come back at 2:45 and get into the room- our original time was 12:30. We walked stone for 2 hours and 15 minutes came back got into the room. The experience was mediocre, the employee’s were indifferent. If you are looking for something relatively cheap for a family, this was fine- just be aware of the 3 rd party booking issues this place has. The employee said “none of their external reservations transfer over and this issue happens constantly”.

I totally enjoyed this. Even though we did not complete the task before the time ran out, I would definitely do it again. I love the thrill of gathering the clues and evidence. I love the escape rooms.

It was cool but for a second I lost my cool bc I really felt trapped. Im not good with puzzles and wanted to give up but my wife (the genius) wasn't gonna give up without a fight. She found the relic before we was supposed too. Opps🫡

We had Only 1.17 min left to go and we did it. Guides were helpful and gave hints when needed but the whole scene wasn't cleared from the previous people

The girl at counter ignoring me while she eats her food. I had a conformation email for 2pm but she said she could not let us in until 4pm. She offered not help or explanation. She just said " something messed up ".. come back at 4pm. We were completely ignored on arrival and when we left. I cant figure out if the Viator booking is crap or the staffing. I will not book online through this web site again.
