What To Expect

Make your way to the l'île aux cygnes in the very center of historic Paris to climb aboard a sightseeing boat for a 105-minute cruise. Enjoy the sights from the comfort of a window-facing armchair. Refer to a travel booklet for information on what you're seeing on the banks of the Seine, or simply take in the view.

Pass some of Paris' main attractions on the cruise, including the Louvre Museum, Musée d’Orsay, Hôtel de Ville, Place de la Concorde, and the iconic Eiffel Tower. Admire these landmarks illuminated against the night sky.

The boat along the river was a lovely experience. Easy to find and had no trouble getting onto the boat with the tickets. Had a warm welcome from all the staff and shown to our seats. Lovely cruise views and food and experience all round. Would definitely recommend especially a late evening tour as on your way back to you can see the effeil tower light up

This was a really amazing dinner cruise. The salmon dinner was superb, the dessert in a jar was also tasty, my Cosmopolitan was fun and tasty, and the cruise took us up the Seine and brought us back just as the Eiffel Tower lights were coming on. Stupendous views, highly recommended tour!

My wife and I had a wonderful meal offering plenty of food. I would suggest this tour to anyone. Great views ending with the Eiffel Tower being lit up. Since you are inside the boat, even on a cool evening this tour was great.

Trip was to the side of Paris. Not to eiffel Tower, Alexander Bridge ,etc like it should be.They said it's because water level got high (it was no rain for last few days).After trip we were walking towards eiffel tower and forward and we seen another boats going there with no problem.I am hope I wrong,maybe our boat was too high but still have feeling what we have been cheated. We couldn't get refund because need to ask for it 24h before,so we didn't have choice .Food not so good either. I think if because weather conditions or water levels they (company or viator) should be able to give refunds .

The food was fine, but just warm. One half liter of water to start...after that everything costs. If the boat went any slower the last 30 minutes the tide would have swept you down the Seine and out of Paris. They were NOT going to go round one more time. Seine is running high so they never even got to Ile de Cite and ND. Boarded late and left late....so not really 2 hrs, either. Not as much to see as you may suppose --really just the Eiffel tower (which is great--but you can see that from shore and the bridge). Museums and the like along the banks are pretty much low voltage affairs. Saw many of the other dinner cruises with plenty of open seats but we were packed because it is about the least expensive of the cruises. Lots of loud toddlers (for a 9:45 cruise!) and a few drinks spilled. How anyone could describe it as "the most romantic" has a very low bar. You go for the cruise; its a bit disappointing but you aren't paying 300 euros. Almost all the seats have good views--even the second rows. None of that " another 25 euros per person to get close to the boat edge and another 25 to get a window seat." Appreciate that. Piped in music but I never wanted "entertainment", particularly if it was loud, to take away from the cruise and view. Staff is business-like but pleasant but this is not your top tier Parisian dining experience. Overall, if you think you have to do this, its as good a value as there is out there.

Terrible bad food poor service no sights

The trip was shortened. We were told that after they boarded us. Had they told us on the dock I would have asked for a refund. We were under way. The food was terrible a presented badly in iron pots. They stuffed up the drinks order. They took forever to bring me a scotch and coke that had no scotch in it. They tried to charge me for it too. The only sight we saw was the tower and frankly we got better pictures of it from the bridge after we docked. You should refund my money

The boat trip could not go the direction of the centre of Paris because of high water issues. We were now going direction industrial sites and suburbs. Very disappointing!! The food didn’t taste nice and was of sub-standard, a real shame!!

This cruise did not cruise around the sites that were mentioned in the description. When we boarded, they claimed that they couldn't show us any of the sites along the Seine because of high water levels...not sure how it can operate anywhere on the Seine if the water is high. Our tour included construction sites along the Seine and was not very interesting for viewing anything. We did this for my husband's birthday and I mentioned this several times during booking, while entering the boat, and mentioned this to the photographer and waiter. Despite this, my husband did not receive the sparkler birthday candle that others received for their birthday. Because we were sat (they assign you seats) all the way in the back of the boat, we were served last consistently throughout the cruise and didn't receive our drinks until everyone else had already finished their appetizer. We didn't actually get to eat the main course until the cruise had parked at the dock and ended. The appetizer was good, but my husband was served a bowl that was half full, while everyone else's on the boat was filled to the top. When I brought this to the attention of the waiter, he did bring us another one but we had to wait for it. The main meal was very good and we each got the salmon dish. My husband and I tried both of the deserts and the fruit mousse was disgusting. The chocolate one was okay.

I wish we knew menu selection in advance. We paid for 2 dinners but when my daughter saw menu options, she didn’t like anything offered & told the waiter so. The waiter told us that we could share a meal as if we paid for 1 meal only. That was not the issue. We paid for 2. Again, my daughter told the waiter that she did not see anything she liked & told him that she was going to have bread only. They didn’t even bring us butter. Those were very expensive dinner rolls. In addition, there was a child who would not stop screaming. The staff didn’t do anything about it even when I asked them to tell the mother to take the child downstairs until he stopped screaming. The waiter thought I wanted to move & said the views would not be as good if I did. I did not enjoy hearing that child wail nonstop. I would appreciate a refund for at least 1 dinner. The boat never showed up. We were told by another boat employee that the waters were to high so cruises being cancelled. I never received notification of any kind of cancellation. Not only did I loss money on this cruise I also payed for a $60 Taxi. I expect a refund. Not Happy.

Food service felt rushed once orders were taken. Apparently as two grown adults, we were only allowed a half bottle of wine to share. Diversion was a little disappointing, but clearly out of the control of the operators.
