PJ was absolutely amazing! We spent 2 weeks in Europe and this is one of the favorite things we did. PJ told us all about the history of the Montmartre area and told us how to find the best food/restaurants in Paris. We sampled some chocolates and macarons before heading to a boulangerie to get a first-hand look at how baguettes are made. He also took us to a fromagerie and explained the difference between various cheeses and how flavors can differ. We went to a butcher shop next to pick up some meats while PJ explained the history of various meats and their uses throughout history. He then took us to a little restaurant/pub that was closed so we could enjoy tasting the various meats and cheeses together with wines. Then when we thought the tour was finished, PJ took us to get some cream puffs and finished off with a crepe. His stories were amazing and the food was phenomenal. I highly recommend doing this tour as early in your stay as possible. But don't make too solid of plans right after the tour as we went over by about 2 hours even though no one minded that at all! We could have spent the whole day with PJ.

Fabulous food tour! Anita was very knowledgeable about the city and the food! It was the first day of our trip, and what a great start! Delicious tastes along the way, and a secret hideaway at the end to enjoy food and wine with the rest of the group! I highly recommend this tour!

Gaspard was a fantastic and knowledge, kind and gentle tour guide in introducing to us the history of France in Montmartre area as well as traditional french food, baguette, crepes, meats, cheese, wines, poultry. A lot of secrete french food paired with white and red wines to try. We highly recommend this Paris foood tour, especially with Gaspard Pancrazi.

not what you expect in Paris

You will be walking, and the guide will buy something from local shops. At the end, you will eat together in the rented room. Be ready that the tour is very stingy, with wine that does not match the cheese you taste. The desert will be an eclair cut into four pieces, so there will be two eclairs for the group altogether.

This was an amazing tour! The food was delicious and our tour guide was so funny and friendly. There are enough stops that the three hours of walking doesn’t feel as scary as it sounds. We had a nice small group which made the dinner at the end a fun experience. All in all, I would recommend this to everyone who wants to learn more about Paris with excellent food and wine along the way!

Great guide, great food...maybe not exactly what I expected

Gaspar our tour guide was great. Friendly, informative. It was a 3-4 hour tour through Montmartre. I did expect to try more restaurants/cafes in montmarte, but a good portion of the tour is at a "secret location," where we sat down and tried different cheese/meats and wine. It was more of a cheese/meat wine pairing than a true food tour through montmarte. But it was A LOT of food that we were totally stuffed and didn't eat dinner that night. So yes a lot of food, food was good but maybe not what I expected of a food tour.
