If you are lucky and Carolina is one of the guides, take advantage of this opportunity. She was extremely knowledgeable and was very accommodating to one of our group members with ADHD. Information was shared with just the right amount of detail and with great energy. We learned a lot and saw several of the key masterpieces in a very short period of time. Very efficient! I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time site seeing. The tours we did get to go on, the guides were knowledgeable, and the sites were amazing. The downside was Viators drivers can cancel at any time, this happened to us 4 times and twice we were at our pickup place ready to go. We had to make our own tour.

There was no direction and it was chaos at the gate m. The staff stated that there has nothing to do with this company ! We had to buy tickets to get in because we could not find the guide and they would not let us in with our confirmation. I spent more money l! I tried to call at least five times not able to reach anyone!

First of all, the meet up directions were posted incorrectly. In the app, and an email, it said that we were supposed to meet to the right side of the arch, facing the Louvre pyramid. I was at the correct place as directed, but the Rap was waiting on the left side of the arch. It took me 20 minutes with back-and-forth with Customer Service to finally locate them. The guide said that if you booked through this app, the directions would be incorrect. Well, great. Then the guide conducted us through the security, went through a few flights of stairs, ended up in the Mona Lisa room. After that, she said that we could add a stick around and go see the coronation of Napoleon painting or just takeoff. Well, we just took off. I’m not sure what I paid for here, I could’ve just gotten tickets myself and went through security just as quickly.

Monica was our guide and we found her to be engaging, humorous and very informative! Get there early if you’re taking metro, the signage indicating how to get out to where the Arche du Carousel is located is not highly visible.

Skipping the line was key as we arrived in the afternoon and would have had an extremely long wait otherwise. Our tour guide, Stephane, was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of important context for the different works we viewed. My only constructive criticism is that the audio receivers seemed finicky - there were a bunch of times that I lost audio but was able to get it back by twisting the connection to the headphones but I saw some on our tour who had their audio system fail completely which I’m sure was a big let down.
