Choose an entry time when booking; meet your host near the Eiffel Tower a half hour prior to your scheduled time.

With your group, stroll the short distance to one of the world's busiest monuments. Bypass the long lines and head straight for the elevators, enjoying speedy and stress-free access to the second floor. Step out with your host to take in some of the best panoramic views in Paris from the viewing platform, 375 feet (114 meters) above the ground. Get a basic orientation to the sights and landmarks visible from your vantage point from your host, then explore the area at your leisure. I took two tours with your company and both tours I had the same experience. The tour guild for Effil Tower was very rushed. She walked like she was going to a fire. She talked so fast also we could not hear her. She give her tour info in the line while waiting to get on the left. She needs azmicrophone so everyone can hear her. She did not go to the top with us she said she was late for her next tour. I got more info from other people on the tour.

Everything was good and smooth but the guide was literally running. Didn’t tell us why she was rushing and didn’t even care whether we were all coming. She didn’t even have a flag for us to see in case if we gets lost! Overall the experience was good and we managed to skip all queues. However it would have been better if the guide cared a bit more about us.

Our guide yus was brilliant. Whilst waiting in line she told us some very interesting facts about the eiffle tower. She explained about the security and informed us things to look out for once in the tower. I would really recommend this company.. it was easy to find the shop we had to go to for the meet up. The one thing I would point I would like you to know is that we had an elderly lady with a stick in our group who found it hard to keep up the pace of the group

Friendly and knowledgeable guide! Also, the check-in staff was super friendly and helpful as well. And such a memorable experience! The guide was very informative about how the experience would be including going though security and how the elevator experience would be. I felt prepared as someone afraid of heights but wanting to experience this! The view was incredible and I could’ve stayed up longer if I had time!

Great way to skip the line! There was a lot of information shared at the base (which I wished was a bit shorter as we were racing against the sunset). But then once on top, you could do whatever you wanted (ie didn't have to stay with the group). We ended up spending 3 hours walking around every level and seeing all the views!

Our tour guide Samy was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He shared several points of added interest to the tour. We liked being able to enjoy the Eiffel Tower at our own pace and time frame after the initial tour was over. We went at 2:45 which timed it nicely to see sunset and the lighting of the tower.

Everywere during the purchase and on the voucher it sais access to top. But when getting the ticket, only for second floor. That is a scam from my point of view. The guide was excellent.

My wife turned up on time and unfortunately my business meeting over ran so she asked if we could just get the tickets and go in without the guided tour to which they said no that is not possible! Why not?? She wasn’t late, felt it was a con to avoid paying for 2 more tickets and they pocketed the money. I get it if we didn’t turn up but one of us did. Joke!!

We never got to go. The link to your redemption point would work with Google Maps or Apple Maps. We missed our tour due to this inept redemption set up, and demand a refund! Total rip off. We bought multiple tours on our trip from you, but this will be the last time.

This is NOT to the top floor (summit). This is to the 2nd floor. It is written in the descreption that it is to the top, but this is wrong. We had to take the elevator down again and buy new tickets to the top. This is why I am not satisfied. I can’t find an option to claim refund…
