We provide hotel or residence pick-up and drop-off services in Paris, covering districts 1, 5, 6, 7, 8, 15, and 16. Additionally, we can accommodate pick-ups from selected hotels in districts 2, 9, 14, and 17. However, for groups larger than 5 people, we offer pick-up and drop-off services in all districts of Paris. Please note that we cannot pick up all clients at exactly 8:30 am or 11:30 am simultaneously. This time is indicated as the first pickup time and will be written on all our vouchers. You will receive a confirmation of your updated pick-up time by email 1-2 days before your tour date. Please check your email frequently or contact us directly. In case of an amendment request from our side, customers must be reachable. If you are a travel agency, please provide our mutual customer information when booking (phone number).

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Good Guide & Driver

I previously went to Versailles and took public transportation, so it was nice to be picked up at my hotel. The driver arrived on time, and the tour guide was good. It still took some time to get into the palace, but we adjusted where needed. Some of the access to the gardens were limited due to the season, and it was cold. We didn't want to wonder too far in that weather anyway. Overall, we enjoyed the information given in the palace.

Wonderful castle and gardens, informed and talented guide. Short on time due to awful traffic mess but not their fault. Good idea to have your phone turned on so they can update you in real time when pickup times change.

Our guide was wonderful helping us to navigate a huge and complex experience with both the Palace and the gardens. She was very informative on the history of the palace with many little details from Clovis, to the many kings of France.
I would not do this tour again with Viator.

The bus pick up was smooth. We had to wait over 30 minutes outside in the cold until the group was allowed in. It felt very disorganized and not sure who was responsible. I think this was controlled by Versailles but the guide seemed confused. Our tour guide was very nice but I felt like she sometimes struggled to find the right words to say in English. Access to the palace ended with the tour. I would have liked to stay inside and revisit some of the things we passed by. Versailles is amazing. I would not do this tour again with Viator

Our drivers to/from were excellent and did a good job identifying important and interesting sites along the way. Our tour guide at Versailles was knowledgeable and personable. She was. from the area, but her English language skills were excellent. Highly recommend.

Great way to see Versailles. Communication before the trip was comforting. Our driver was prompt. Our guide was very knowledgeable.
Hotel pick up was worth the price and we were dropped off right in front of the Chateau.

The pick-up at the hotel and return to the hotel were fabulous and our group was only 14 people. Our guide was very knowledgeable so we had good explanations and enjoyed the whole experience. The tour included a garden entrance but we went to lunch instead at Table Eleven which was right next to the Chateau. It's a Michelin restaurant and the food was fabulous. I highly recommend the tour and the restaurant!

Driver pick up and return was great - on time and comfortable. Palace visit was good, but would choose a different arrangement allowing more free time in the palace. Also would explore the tram or golf cart for the gardens. It’s a large area to cover in a limited time. We we’re disappointed that we didn't see the fountains working, but that had nothing to do with the tour. Overall a great experience.

Our guide was a fountain of information about the details of the palace and gardens. She did a wonderful job ensuring we maximized our time and visit. Our driver carefully checked to ensure all people were there before leaving to return. He avoided a couple potential accidents too! I don’t know how the drivers handle the traffic in Paris with such ease. It’s a big relief to turn the reins over to someone else and know you are safe and will have a great experience.

This tour represented a guided Alo day tour when only 3 hours were guided and aviator would not refund half of the $400 some total price for 2!

We would also like to highlight that on the day of your visit, we were pleased to upgrade your group to a small group of fewer than 11 people, which typically costs 220 EUR per person(270$) for a half-day tour. This upgrade was offered to enhance your experience and allow for a more intimate exploration of Versailles. We understand that you would have preferred a longer guided tour, and we appreciate your feedback. However, it's important to clarify that it was your decision to conclude the tour early. Therefore, the responsibility for the decision to shorten the visit lies with your group. As per our policy, we are unable to provide a partial refund for half of the amount paid. Fabulous tour! Sophie was wonderful and super knowledgeable. I believe she had not done this tour but a couple of times, yet you would have never guessed so. She gave such great background in each room with details we would have not gotten on our own. The pick up was great and on time. Definitely worth doing this tour and glad we did it. The line getting into the group section was a bit rough....but that is definitley a European thing.
