Our friends and my husband and I booked separately, but our drivers met up and kept us together as a group!. We had Franco and Kris. They were there waiting for us, spoke English beautifully, had so much knowledge to share, took pictures for us, and it was such a fantastic way to see Penang. I just can’t even recommend them highly enough. We had a marvelous day they took us to see everything That we wanted to see plus things we didn’t even know we wanted to see. we didn’t want to carry some of our bags and just left them in the car while we were touring. Couldn’t have been happier!

Aru is a wealth of knowledge and is a great tour guide. From the moment he arrived to the pier until we were dropped off Aru shared beautiful stories and facts about Kuala Lumpur. We all give Aru 5 stars!

We had a great guide, who was knowledgeable, spoke decent understandable English. He worked with us in terms of the agenda and the places we visited, because I don't have good mobility.

No driver turned up,waited 90 minutes in hot sun at designated meeting point.Have used viator before but never again. Malaysian 5 hour city tour.

This tour was packed with experiences yet it wasn’t rushed. Our guide Ronranjit tailored the tour to what we were interested in, we saw a lot of tourist sights & we appreciated his suggestions for restaurants & food stalls. Ronranjit spoke excellent English and his car was very clean & air conditioned.

Fair but he should have know to take us to Museums first to get those in then see Temples and free stuff. We felt then he just wanted hustle us back to the ship we didn't feel like we got what we booked.

Our guide Aldrin was amazing. He showed us the usual temples and shrines. Once we told him we had seen enough in our travels, we were taken to a national park, a short boat ride to a turtle sanctuary then a stop at monkey beach. it was an all around wonderful day!
