      The exact meeting location is 301 W Bristol Road. Park and follow signs to the TreeTrails main building just across the bridge to the right. Head inside to check-in, complete your waiver if you have not already, and pick up your harness and equipment.

    • Most travelers can participate
    • Weight limit is 265 pounds.
    • Guests must fit into harnesses provided in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
    • Guests are advised to wear well-fitting clothing that does not hang loose or get tangled in cables or ropes.
    • Guests are advised to tie back long hair and remove all jewelry.
    • Sneakers or hiking shoes are recommended. Flip flops, sandals and open-toed or open-heeled shoes are not permitted.
    • Aerial Trails are color-coded by the degree of challenge they provide. Adults are required to accompany youth using more difficult trails. Guides are available for an additional fee.
    • Please consult a doctor prior to participating if you are pregnant or have a pre-existing medical condition or injury that could be aggravated by engaging in this activity.
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
