This is a joke! I mean no one notified or showed up for pick up - after numerous messages that was sent to company to see what's the matter why no one notified me I asked manager of hotel to contact with local number to owner then they replied ! And they told me they have to cancell ( 1 hour prior) they said they have full house and they can't accommodate me this tour was booked months prior! I mean no communication, no refund yet nothing!
