We depart from hotels and resorts in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and Mesa. Your specific hotel may not be in the pick up route on a particular day. If this happens, we will direct you to a different pick up location. (Guide gratuities are graciously accepted.) You MUST check your emails, including your Spam folder, the afternoon before your tour for your pick up information. Or call the tour company directly for this information.

What To Expect

Your day tour starts with hotel pickup in Phoenix, Tempe, or Scottsdale in the morning for the drive north to Grand Canyon National Park.

During the journey, travel to Sedona for pictures of the amazing Red Rocks. Then drive through beautiful Oak Creek Canyon. Explore the Grand Canyon with vista stops for enjoying the views, walking around and taking lots of pictures.

Finally, arrive at the Grand Canyon for a drive through the park, making stops at viewpoints along Desert View East Rim Drive. You'll have the chance to walk around, take photos, and stand on the edge of the Grand Canyon, plus check out El Tovar Hotel and Mary Colter's Hopi House.

When your time at the Grand Canyon is up, start the drive back to Phoenix, stopping on the way for dinner (own expense). Your tour ends with a hotel drop-off.

Our driver and guide Patrick as friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We got to the best views at the right times with little to no crowds. He also introduced us all to the Cameron Trading Post with its eclectic mix of merchandise and its excellent dining room restaurant. A great trip and will be well remembered.

Had an amazing time on this tour! Our tour guide Zane was very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, fun, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He knew lots of history, and exact facts and figures. Showed us fossils. Obviously a hard worker. Would highly recommend booking this 10/10 Save yourself the stress of the winding roads, directions, and permits and book this tour. Had an amazing time!

Eric was a great tour guide ! So knowledgeable about every aspect of the tour. Fantastic tour being able to see Sedona and the Grand Canyon all in one day, just wish we got time more time in both places. One thing to note is that lunch is on your own but there is typically a reservation at a nice restaurant with good shopping, Eric was fantastic as a tour guide, definitely worth the money !

Jeff was amazing, full of knowledge but the van was uncomfortable, hard seats, no leg room. The trip was very long & we only had 3 stops to see the Grand Canyon & no stop in Sedona. It would have been a better trip if our van was more comfortable.

Thank you for your review. We actually did stop at a place in Sedona where you could take lots of pictures. Our vans hold up to 15 people, but we take only 10 guests. It is a long day. We do normally have 3 stops at the Grand Canyon, with time at each one to walk around, enjoy the magnificent views, and take lots of pictures.
